Wow! This place was quite the experience. She didn't take accountability for her horrible service and continued to say it was "not her issue". We will continue to tell realtors about her company to hope no family endures this lack of respect as she refuses to take accountability. The neighbors even came to ask if everything was okay because there was someone shouting and glass breaking. The only reason I write a review is so a family doesn't have to endure this during a stressful time. After talking to others, this is not an isolated event. Last weekend Cayne ran an estate sale of our late mother's belongings. She and her team were professional, thorough, and transparent in all aspects. She had us review the items to be sold before the sale (just in case we changed our minds about something), and again at the end of the sale before the leftovers were taken away (again, just in case we changed our minds). She had staff in all parts of the house to prevent any theft. She provided receipts for services rendered (including final cleaning and carpet cleaning), and even itemized receipts for items sold. She knows the heartbeat of the Santa Ynez Valley and has connections everywhere. We couldn't be happier and are appreciative that we didn't need to tackle this enormous chore by ourselves. read more

This company is not equipped for larger estates. The professionalism when hiring a "clean up" person was not only lacking but absolutely dangerous. The person Cayne hired did not do the job as promised and when asked to leave the premises he went crazy throwing things and yelling. He was to be done in 2 days and didn't even finish in 5 leaving us a mess to clean. read more

Terrible experience with this rude, condescending woman. She doesn't honor prices previously agreed on. She talks badly about customers as they're standing right there! If you really want your stuff "simply sold", go ahead and use Cayne. If you want to make any money whatsoever don't use this company! She sold off valuable antiques, good furniture, designer clothes, and quality jewelry at absolute rock bottom prices. I've always handled my own garage sales and usually made $1000+... but due to busy schedule decided to try Everything Simply Sold - what should have been an very profitable sale (two households downsizing) was a complete bust with less than $250 after her cut. Try treasured estates or another company that knows how to price decent stuff. read more
