I don't know if it's because of this we pay for such poor quality, to then call for help and try to resolve issue... "it will cost you if we find nothing!" Don't even get me started on the unprofessional install. So frustrated!

After acknowledging they could not install the service, they still failed return our deposits after many, many promises to do so. Their business phone number is a cell phone and they will block your number to avoiding speaking to you. After 9 months we had to take them to court. They failed to appear, however the judge heard our complaint and we received a judgement. It's been more than a year and still no refund payment nor have they responded to the court. I am aware of other families who gave more than the $548.48 we paid them and they too are without service or contact. I would not advise giving them a dime regardless of their promises. System will not allow me to rate a zero.
