We survived the teen and school-age years much better than the interior of our house did. It was well overdue for a refresh 13 years after the last painting and our designer recommend Powell to tackle 2700 square feet up and down plus a 35 year-old popcorn stucco ceiling. I have to start with the ceiling (they did). It got planed and sanded, the HepaVac creating minimal dust with the crew painstakingly protecting all the floors, sealing doors and tidying up at the end of every day. Honestly such a worthwhile difference when it was done. Tanja the owner is very particular (more picky than I!) and has so much experience and good ideas, such as how to improve the worn look of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. With a thorough knowledge of the best way to do things, best materials and best referrals (trades), she also offered great advice on colour and design. Her quote was comprehensive and accurate. Our painter (a drywall expert to boot) was easy to get along with, punctual, reliable, and so hard-working. On time and on Budget, everything was put back in order just as before. And the follow-up!
