I've test ridden their new sport glider before about a month or so ago, great experience. No pushing for a sale tactic from sales guy. Bought my headlights here too. We determined I actually have the right size but it needed to be worn in or forcefully stretched to speed things up. She suggested inflating a small soccerball in the helmet and checking sizing the following day - a tip a fellow rider suggested to her. I gave it a try and it made a world of a difference. I'm thankful she was honest about sizing as the next size up would have left my noggin bouncing around and ultimately unsafe. She could have made a sale but prioritized my safety while helping me get more comfortable in my own gear. I value the knowledge she passed on to me and I feel more confident buying from Peteraon South knowing I'm more than just a potential sale walking through the door.

The best part was when the service tech sent pictures of the work in progress. We could see exactly what was being done and what we were paying for. Before returning the motor, the tech sent a video of it working perfectly in the shop. Then at delivery, he ran it again to show us that all was well. VooDoo Motorsports does so much more than motorcycles: boat motors, electronics, bottom paint. Next time we need work done, we will check with VooDoo first. If they do it, we are going there.

The process took several months, filled with miscommunications and false completion dates. When they finally returned the bike to me, it was unsafe--the brakes were not functioning properly, and I nearly crashed the same day I picked it up. I had to pay almost $600 out of pocket at a different shop to fix issues they should have addressed (after I paid over $600 to this dealership for the "repairs" they did). BMW should stand for quality. Unfortunately, the service I received here was careless, unprofessional, and most concerning; dangerous!!

I brought my motorcycle for a simple oil change and they recommended replacing the front brakes so…read moreI approved it. When I picked up the bike the front brake lever was completely loose and you could pull it all the way to the grip with almost no braking. They told me this was normal with new brakes and said I should just pump the lever and ride a few miles. The bike felt unsafe so I went straight home. I do not live in Miami full time so the motorcycle sat for about two and a half months and when I came back the exact same dangerous problem was still there. I brought it back to them and instead of taking responsibility they kept trying to blame me and even claimed the problem happened because the bike was sitting. The brake worked perfectly before they touched it. Then they told me the only solution was to replace the entire part for $570 plus $120 labor. I took the motorcycle to another mechanic 30 minutes away and he fixed the problem for $80. Very dishonest mechanic poor workmanship and terrible customer service. I would not trust this shop with any motorcycle especially for something as important as brakes
