Any info on how busy this place is before work? Are the classes easy to get into? Any line for showers in the men's lockerroom? Thanks.

Hey, Tim! We have a rush during the morning and afternoon times. The morning rush is from 6 AM - 8 AM, but it's pretty manageable and the wait for showers is not too long. We stagger the class times so that not everybody hits the locker room at…

Very rarely do I feel compelled to write a review for an EXERCISE CLASS, but this class was like no…read moreother. First, John owns and runs the studio so you are truly supporting a local business. Secondly, the class was so intense and a full body workout, however it was manageable and even fun for a novice (and a not super in shape novice, to be honest) like me! Truly a no-frills class, but you're able to focus on the work out rather than all the "extras" this way. The instructor walks around correcting your technique, without being scary at all. But, you are sweating and killing the workout, with lots of help from the more experienced boxers (although I felt bad that I was new and couldn't support the more experienced boxers as well as they probably were used to!) Thankfully partners rotate so that the super intense people hopefully can get a more experienced partner at some point. I will be returning - even though I felt like the worst one in the class, it's truly one of those classes that makes you want to be better and better. Thanks, John!

Expect 10 minutes of warm up cardio, 40 minutes of partner mitt work and a short cool down. The class is great for both beginners and experienced boxers. Also, if you don't have equipment no worries - John and Kaleigh have got you covered. Highly recommend giving back bay boxing a shot. You won't regret it!

Small place with limited equipment. Extremely inconvenient location. The staff is dishonest and…read moreunprofessional. Instead of a kickboxing kids class for my son who had prior experience, the actual class turned out to be a karate type beginner kids class with a bunch of little kids. Mostly 4-5 years olds half the age of my son. It was extremely underwhelming. The instructor was a nice guy and he was genuinely surprised that we were told by UFC gym manager that this would be the right class for my son. My son also tried private lessons and that turned out to be a really lazy effort with the instructor only interested in getting paid. More than half of the lesson was spent talking to other people and doing everything else but actually training. As shady as it gets. For the private lesson on top of the price quoted it turned out to require an additional $100 per month membership fee. This membership was required for four lessons for a kid. In addition, the guy wanted another fee that he did not want to explain. I am guessing that it was a membership initiation fee. When I told him that this was not the price given initially and it is rediculous for four kid's lessons the guy became angry and rude. The cost of the private lesson for a child including the gym fees was roughly $200 per hour. There are plenty of other places around that have better facilities and actually make an honest effort to train. Adults and kids. For less than half the money UFC gym demands, you can have top-level wold class instructors who actually will put a 100% effort into a training session. It is extremely disappointing that people who run this location of the UFC gym think that it is ok to demand these delusional prices for kid's lessons.

I…read moreabsolutely love Title Boxing Club and have really enjoyed the classes for going on two years now. Title offers a gym to get a great boxing workout, mainly in the form of the group classes. Classes are structured with a warm up (body weight exercises, mobility, and technique), followed by the 3-min boxing rounds, and then core and stretches. The boxing rounds always have a focus, whether it's building towards a combination or working on a technique. Each class is different so you're also never be bored or just repeating the same thing each time. Classes are adaptable to any skill level to push themselves and get a great workout, whether you're a beginner who has never tried boxing, or have been doing it for a long time. Private training is also available and the gym section is open to members outside of classes as well. If you're new, gloves will be provided for your first class and you'll get plenty of support so you can crush your first class. The coaches and management here are all so kind and supportive. They push you to do your best but don't treat anyone with disrespect, which wasn't always the case with the prior management. Shoutout to Travis, Elena, Eunice, Nafisha, and Carmen. They are fantastic!
