It was easy to schedule meetings, they were able to answer all my questions, and all the documents were completed quickly. They have an easy-to-use online portal, and were very clear about what documents I needed, and what the timelines for all the submissions would be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and will continue to use them in the future if I need an accountant.

Lucky for me, I did all my receipt and expenses calculations already, otherwise that would have cost me more. I was surprised they didnt start charging for every paper clip and staple they used to prep my tax return!! A bookeeper preps your paperwork, not an accountant. The accountant in the office DOES NOT check the paperwork prior to filing. Next time, I will just purchase a turbotax software and do it myself.
