Looks like I'm sticking with Access for another 20 years - they have earned my loyalty.

Insurance is important so I would suggest you find a company more deserving of your hard earned money. As per the response it's all lies I was cut off insurance was driving around because access. Couldn't get ahold of me and I payed for the whole year upfront to my understanding I pretty much payed 2000 for 6 months after they cut me with no notice of my insurance going up not even a email I went to the office because I was upset and I got the run around dont let it happen to you beware also they make everyone write a review after u sign up they give you a Tim Hortons card and when its time to help u with a claim or anything u need from them they will leave u high and dry or write a response email to where u can't reply I have proof of emails and phone recordings if anyone wants to see the truth

They contacted us via phone meetings due to the covid-19 pandemic and walked us through all the steps that were required. They acted in a friendly professional manner throughout the entire process. As a survivor of trauma, I didn't expect to be traumatized again by my accounting firm, but I was. MNP treated me as if I did not matter, they treated me as if they did not care. So sadly I am looking for an accountant who will treat me as something other than a worthless nuisance.

I pictured a person with very thick Goggle glasses and a hearing aid. I am being extremely honest here. I went on their website to see what labels they had and called to see if they had it in stock. They lady on the other end told me she will go look for them and will call me back asap. I waited a week! After that week I called back and left a message on their voice mail regarding the labels I asked about last week. I called again a few hours later and got the same lady. This time I was transferred to a sales person or management. He was very helpful and found what I was looking for. I told him I would stop by and pick them up sometime next week because it was a Friday. I called this morning and lady answered the phone but this time she was very helpful and told me she had everything already for me to pick up. The company was very easy to find and there was lots of parking space. I came in and to my surprise I was greeted by a young pleasant Asian girl. She was the same person I talk to over the phone who got me so frustrated. When speaking to her in person she was great, still a little spacey but that's ok she was still quite friendly. She took my business card and emailed me all the information I asked for as soon as I left the building. Totally redeemed! I will definitely be giving them my business. I almost decided on another place that is further away but I'm glad I stuck with them.
