Half a star for this company. (I would prefer to leave 0 stars.. a full star is being generous)…read more Customer service is non existent at the "new" Edmonton office. In order to speak to either a broker or manager one has to leave a voice mail and they "may" get back to you in a timely manner. (this is the second day I have tried to contact either the office or the manager to make a simple telephone payment on my premium ) Ditto for calling the 1-888 number .... My suggestion for anyone looking at doing any business with this company is to find an independent broker who does believe in customer service.

I usually do my own taxes because they're fairly straightforward, but after I inherited the estate…read moreof a family member, I knew I needed some professional help with the estate taxes. Gadowsky and Associates was recommended to me by a family member who is an accountant, and they were by far the easiest and most pleasant business I worked with during the whole estate process. Settling an estate account is a difficult process, both emotionally and logistically, and the staff at Gadowsky were so helpful and supportive the entire way through. It was easy to schedule meetings, they were able to answer all my questions, and all the documents were completed quickly. They have an easy-to-use online portal, and were very clear about what documents I needed, and what the timelines for all the submissions would be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and will continue to use them in the future if I need an accountant.

Tariq was extremely unprofessional. He submitted documents to the CRA without my consent. After I…read moreconfronted him about it, he refused to fix the issue, and instead cursed at me MANY times. When I escalated this to the management, they refused to speak to me to address the situation. After many days of persistence, Hanuradha spoke to me once, and emailed me once that they can't do anything and they refuse to take liability. Basically saying too bad, and took no responsibility of the mishap, or fixing the issue. Then they just stopped responding altogether. I never got a refund, and I had to hire another accountant to fix their mess ups. They originally speak very politely but stop responding after taking your money and incorrectly filing WITHOUT permission. Don't go to this company regardless of a cheap price.
