I switched to this tanning spa last year after getting fed up with the shady practices of "the other place" in town. I've found the customer service to be top notch. All the ladies are friendly, patient, and well-informed on all lotions and equipment. Towels are always well stocked and rooms are always very clean. Prices and bundles are comparable to other tanning salons. Signing up, account upgrading, account freezing, account restarting, and cancelling are a total breeze in-store. I've never been charged random fees or been tricked into paying for an extra month. I recently opted to freeze over the winter. When I came back, my $28 in freezing fees were converted to store credit, which I put toward a new lotion on a 50% off deal. There was no reactivation fee, and my same unlimited rate was honored. My daughter is in awe of this facility and all the services provided. She took advantage of the one week for free and is now a steady paying customer. I had the privilege of meeting the owner who is absolutely one of the most caring stellar human beings in customer service. This is a smaller iTan, but I had a great experience here. The manager, Allison gave me a lot of great information about their membership. I used the Versaspa Pro and I was very impressed. Orignially I found out about iTan while I was living in San Diego, and I do not think I ever used a Versaspa Pro machine. It was the normal Versaspa. These machines are in great condition and new. It is super clean here. There is also a Hobby Lobby in the shopping center that I checked out! read more

The room is always clean. Just a great spray tanning experience. I have medium fair skin tone. Spray tan level 3 was just right for my liking. It give me a nice golden tan. I really like this place - the equipment is all new and works well- not something I've found true at other tanning places!- and the employees are great. I signed up for a monthly membership and am loving the choice of spray tans- 2 different machines, and the hydration station is AMAZING. I wish they were open until 9 but otherwise no complaints! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I Tan is far superior to "the other tanning place" in Morgan Hill in every way. I love the boutique feel and experience that they provide. And their customer service is impeccable! Everyone greets you with a warm smile and is super helpful and informative. Best tanning salon I have ever been to! I went in to get a spray tan and the workers are super nice and helpful. They spent so much time explaining what color they thought would be best for me, showing me the routine to do before and after the spray tan so it looks the best it can, and they reminded me the movements in the machine. That's not all though! After my spray tan, I ran some errands and I messed up my spray tan all down my legs. I went back into the salon in a total meltdown and they helped me right away and fixed it for me! They turned a horrible spray tan experience into the best one I have ever had! I've been tanning for about 10 years now on and off and I really like this place. I also came in at the right time because they are doing a free month free for June! Who doesn't love free? Having been a long time iTan customer I was so excited when I discovered one was opening in NorCal! The two ladies that run the place could not have been nicer. They first gave me a tour and then gave their suggestions about what treatments they'd recommend for me but weren't too pushy to sell you treatments like I've experienced at some other tanning salons. It just felt like they were genuinely proud of their new business and wanted to show you how cool everything was! They also were so cute and helpful when demonstrating all the machines! During my visit they made me feel like I was their friend rather than a customer. In addition, they are definitely stocked with some of the best tanning machines. As a regular Versa spray booth user I couldn't believe it when I saw they had the VersaPro!!! And it did not disappoint! I got the prep spray before the tanning solution spray and I have never had a spray tan last this long. While my usual tans last 5 days, it has been 2 weeks and this tan is still on! Would definitely recommend this machine and paying the extra $5 for the prep spray! It's worth it! read more

I absolutely love this place!!!!!!! I signed up specifically for the body wraps that I had loved so much at another salon in San Jose that closed down. I signed up for the full membership so I could get spray tans as well since I love being instantly tan and the color goes well with my skin. They have the mystic and versa spray tans so between the two every skin tone will match. I have also become a huge fan of the hydration station for its relaxing and health/beauty benefits. I also frequently use the light stim red light therapy for my face which helps produce collagen and eliminates discoloration/wrinkles/acne. They also have several tanning beds even though I don't use tanning beds. They offer a $7 for 7 day deal which gives you access to everything for 7 days and they can give you more information. They also have several amazing products to enhance results that I have been using. I am so happy they opened up close to my house last September so I am able to go frequently. This place is so friendly and the people who work there make it an enjoyable experience every time. Allison is an amazing manager, friendly, and full of information. I have only met the owner Jill once but she is also great and has a fabulous salon full of options. Morganly/Morgan Lee (spelling?) and Damien are two of the staff members I know better and they are super cool and take care of everything for a smooth enjoyable experience every time. I can't express enough how awesome everyone is. Maddie and Emma are also great! I'm sure I'll get to know them better too as I go in most days of the week! Results are fabulous and worth the money and time put in. You have to be consistent to get results as with everything in life. The salon is also clean which is important. I am going on vacation this week and signed up for the $7/7 deal last week. They lady who helped sign me up helped me plan a schedule (she was wonderful) so I'd have decent color and then told me my last day would be Monday and I should add a spray tan to fully maximize the deal. I went in today which was per her my last day of the deal and the young man told me no and if I wanted to tan I'd have to pay full price and if I wanted to get a membership I'd have to pay the fees. I can't stand when different employees say different things. Or maybe it's their way of getting more money out of the customer. I won't be back. read more

This spray tan place is excellent. First off their deals are amazing, I need to go to Mexico and come with a nice tan and I was able to get in and out for a week at such a cheap rate.
