The clinic is not open at all three locations throughout the week--South Jordan is only open three days, Lehi one day, and Spanish Fork one day. The locations do not operate simultaneously. The most frustrating part has been that the clinic sometimes closes unexpectedly. Even if you schedule an appointment weeks in advance, you may receive a text a couple of weeks before your appointment notifying you that the clinic will be closed and asking you to reschedule. This has happened to us with about 50% of our appointments. It has caused significant disruptions to our busy schedule and feels very unprofessional.

Dr. Wilde is great, friendly, and personable but the staff is always running behind and there's a few that don't seem to know what they're doing. Every single appointment we've been on time but stuck waiting in the waiting room for 30+ minutes before he's called back. Super frustrating. I understand there's kinks to be worked out when you take on a business and have new staff but it's so unprofessional and makes me hesitate to recommend this practice.
