The team was able to help us create a plan to identify the source of the water and get it dry quickly. Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours . I was grateful they disposed of all the damage materials. It took a lot of equipment to get us back to dry but the noise was not too bad with our doors closed. I am thankful to be dry, sanitized, and mold free. The 3 gentlemen were able to explain every step of the process and keep us informed on what it takes to stop water damage in our Ellisville home. The quick response and quality of the job was all for a great value! I thought the water damage was going to cost me an arm and entire leg, but this team is the real deal. I will be calling them back in case of any other emergency and referring them to everyone.

Would call and not show up for a week. finally got all the wet carpet, padding and drywall. They started in 2nd week of March and finished in later April. They would ask if they could leave some equipment behind, so they did not have to drag it around, and then charge me for it being stored at my house. Also, they never quoted a price until they found out how much insurance was covering. When they found that out they got a contract out to us at the end of the work instead of upfront. I feel that they took advantage of a situation and inflated their prices knowing how much insurance would cover. I would never recommend or even come close to using this company ever again.

Just a couple months back we had a terrible Monday morning sight! Water from our sump pump was…read moreliterally fountaining in our basement. We urgently needed someone to come remediate the water damage. Greg and his team came out quickly and promptly got to work. Our basement had just been finished the prior fall so seeing 70% of the freshly laid flooring being ripped up was traumatic. Greg and team were professional and compassionate to our situation. They worked with us and often around us (we both work from home, from the basement, the grossly water damaged basement). They left no board unturned to ensure they found the full extent of the damage so there would be no surprises later. Afterwards, they worked with me to ensure full compensation from my insurance company and were flexible while I awaited my insurance checks to come in so I could, in turn, pay ServPro for the wonderful work they did. For reconstruction, they recommended a phenomenal team that did a 5 day day in just two days, again professional and flexible. Moreover, Greg was able to find the EXACT SAME flooring to put back down. I now type this from my basement office. I can't recommend them highly enough because, looking around, ServPro truly lived up to their promise: Like it never even happened.

We didn't know where to start. Dominic and his crew -- Danny, Freddy, Lillian, and Wilson -- showed up and just handled it. They cleaned up every piece of glass, sorted through the wreckage, and boarded up our home. By dinner, we were secure again. I don't think people understand what it feels like to have your home ripped open. You're standing there looking at everything you own covered in glass and debris, watching the sky, wondering what happens next. Dominic's team didn't just clean up -- they gave us our home back. They gave us the ability to breathe, to sit down, to actually sleep in our own house tonight. These are the kind of people you hope show up when the worst happens. They did.

Anyone needing to have their carpets cleaned? If so, I have a recommendation: John Wecker Carpet…read moreCleaning. John, and his daughters, have been cleaning my carpets FOR YEARS now. Professional, courteous, prompt, GREAT pricing (he's always running specials!), and best of all, provides great results (I'm including some photos of my recently cleaned carpets!). John recently did carpet cleaning for my 4 bedrooms, the upstairs hallway, the stairs going to the 2nd floor, the basement stairs, and the dining room and playroom - all for a GREAT price. Stanley Steemer was going to charge WAY more, and the fact is, SS does NOT do nearly as good a job as John Wecker. More recently, my GF needed her apartment carpeting cleaned for an annual inspection. She called a carpet cleaner, and the guy wanted over $300 for three, REALLY SMALL rooms. When he showed-up, he refused to do the work, saying "You're wasting your money trying to clean these carpets. I can't take your money". Problem is she waited 2 weeks for the guy to show, and now she was within 5 days of her inspection. John stepped in, cleaned her carpeting, got out ALL the dirt and ANY stains, and the carpeting now looks fantastic. And John did it for little more than HALF of what the other carpet cleaner asked for! John is based in Saint Louis, but he accommodated our needs, and he travelled all the way to Belleville to clean my GF's carpeting! She couldn't have been happier with the results. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon, and he did the carpet cleaning two days later, on Friday afternoon! Anyway, John is a great guy, and does a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. He also cleans upholstery, and tile and grout cleaning. I highly recommend John's Wecker's services.
