They have a system that texted me their arrival status so I knew when they would arrive. The install team was simply the best team I have ever worked with in my 67 years. This results in not solving the problems that you have with the roof. They don't bother looking in the attic to see if the roof is doing what it should be doing. This company also does gutters and installed "Rain/splash Guards. These help with rain splash but this is not recommended in snow country in general, as in the winter, snow backs up from this shield and creates ice dams, leading to roof leaks. Customers need to get educated / read as much as possible and use of common sense is needed as this area lacks reliable roofing companies.
