We worked out all the details and his crew was even able to get it entirely done while I was gone for a week (handy since that meant my pooch was gone to boarding). From quote to completion Erik and his team were kind, informative, diligent, and expedient. I shopped around for quotes and the quote from SW poolscapes was right in line with the average quote. I had one guy tell me I should never use the cheapest quote cause they're doing something wrong (spoiler alert, that guy was the cheapest!). Erik discussed my options, suggested a gorgeous toe tile (I am absolutely obsessed with it!), and ensured I was happy with my selections before the work began. This lesson taught me not to look up Random contractors who has no credentials and their company has fly by the night contractors . I called them on a Friday morning and Andy was working on my pool that day. I was very impressed by the fast response, Andy's knowledge of pool systems and the friendly services he provided.
