She completed our home study for a domestic adoption, and missed several components adding more to our plate with the back and forth communication. When it came to post-placement visits, she completed 1 out of 5 visits then because unreachable to us, our agencies, and another family that we recommended her services to. Between my husband and I, we documented over 20 communication attempts (phone, email and text message) with no luck, as did our agency. This led to pushing back finalization by a couple of months, and a skeptical judge during our family court date. It has been a couple of months and we have not received an apology or explanation, but from what we see and hear she is still doing business. The amazing provider who ended up finishing her job shared that they had to take on many families in the same position that previously used her services.

Her entire family is a blessing; they all work together as a team to make sure your child is well taken care of. KiKi has been doing this for over 20 years, and you can tell by her home and her spirit she does this because she loves children. Kiki and her family have picked my children up and dropped them off when I didn't have a car to take them to her and she knew that I was very timmid about letting my kids stay with anyone. I have no plans of taking my children anywhere else and if you are looking for good child care with not having to worry about getting them there, or worry that they may get hurt or someone will harm them then this place will be your new heart and soul. All the staff were very attentive to the babies and quickly fell in love with them, the feeling was mutual. The babies attended for about a year then went on to another daycare. One year ago we had an unfortunate situation happen. I texted one of the girls and asked if there was any space available. She contacted Patti the owner, I don't know how they did it but I received a call back telling me they would make room and bring them in. This day care is the best by far. I honestly do not know what I would do without them. The care and communication is incredible. We have come to know several of the ladies and they mean more to us than they may know. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, loving, caring, daycare. We trust them 100% with our now 3 and 4 year old kiddos.
