We agreed on what needed to be done - which was a huge project involving replacing drainage system, irrigation system, tearing out 2 gates, walkways, patio, front porch, and stairs, removing dead plants and lawn and more! Work started a little over a week later and took 8 weeks to complete. Our front and back yard is transformed! We cannot believe how beautiful it looks. Lucy's design was perfect for our space and needs. We also want to give a shout out to the men who did the work! They are incredible and worked under difficult conditions (days that were over 100') in the sun. The very last thing they did was "clean up" and that was impressive as well, because the "tear out" was very messy! When they left, everything looked perfect. It was not "cheap" - but the thoroughness, the design, the quality of the work was excellent! And it will still be excellent 15+ years from now!!!

There was also a miscalculation in the amount of concrete needed; while Tony completed the job at no extra charge using bagged concrete-which we appreciate-the situation could have been handled better from the outset given his level of experience, use a tape measure. Cleanup was a concern. The crew left behind concrete residue on surfaces like the driveway requiring several hours of my time to sweep and scrape. In summary, while the quality of the finished work is good improvements in professionalism, planning accuracy and post job cleanup would make a significant difference in the overall experience. Without these issues he's a solid 4.0/5.0 stars but we had the issues. I also overpaid $50 and my text hasn't been answered.
