I can't say enough about Dr Foster and Jen (front end) . The staff is wonderful. Dr Foster is…read morecaring and precise about her work. Dentures are wonderful . I've had a phobia about dentist all my life and at the age of 64 I found the perfect place to go thank you Dr Foster and all of you at the office.

Needed a tooth replaced that required a bone graft. Dr. Foster sent me to a Dental Surgeon who…read moreremoved the tooth and performed the graft. He suggested that Dr. Foster use the tooth that was removed and he indicated it could be sent to a lab and fitted with a attachment for insertion When I provided the tooth to Dr. Foster, she indicated that the pulled tooth could not be used as a replacement and suggested I misheard the Surgeon or that he was joking. The procedure to be fitted with a crown was painless and I am happy with the results. However, in retrospect, I question why the Surgeon wasn't contacted for clarification of the suggested procedure. I also experienced some jaw pain for approximately 2 weeks after the procedure. I visited Dr. Foster who examined the site and suggested I might have pulled a muscle. She indicated she would call in a muscle relaxer prescription to my Pharmacy. She failed to call in the prescription. The pain did recede and eventually went away. I was considering switching dentists after this experience, when I received a letter indicating Dr. Foster was withdrawing from Delta Dental as an in-service provider. The letter seemed to suggest that there would be no impact to patient bills as her office would summit all claims to Delta Dental for reimbursement. Anyone who knows how insurance works knows that a patient will pay more if their provider is not with-in network. I switched to a different dentist

Had to go in recently for a root canal and everyone I interacted with there was very friendly…read more Giselle at the front desk was very helpful with the questions I had beforehand and during my appointment, while Jessica and Dr Kunath were both very kind and soothing to me while I was getting the procedure done. I have dental anxiety (don't we all) but they made sure to make it a great experience so thank you all. This is not a perfect 5 star review simply because of my checkout experience. They do not tell you ahead of time they do not take a payment plan, or at check-in either. And they also expect you to pay hundreds of dollars (after your insurance doesn't cover much like usual) before walking out the door. Not everyone has extra money laying around, especially with how bad the economy is nowadays. Glad I have a credit card for moments like this but still, it's pretty disappointing. Prepare to foot the rest of the bill after whatever you get done here!

I went back to the office and they assured me nothing was wrong and that I just needed my permanent crown to be placed and the pain would go away. Well I had the crown put on and the pain never went away. After a year and multiple dentists visits later. I have finally found the cause of my pain and it was a bad root canal!!!!! Wowo!!! Do not go!! They will not listen to their patients and assume the pain is not real. Edit: I finally had my tooth pulled that they performed the root canal on a year ago! My pain is finally gone. It was a bad root canal!! That the doctor told me to my face was fine and I was in pain for over a year!

The professional, well trained, and caring staff is a treasure. The procedure went will (with NO pain). Both the doctor and the dental assistant worked in concert. I chose this practice because of the excellent reviews, and clinically the doctor may be very…read moreknowledgeable. However, my experience with his bedside manner was unexpectedly negative. I came in concerned about a tooth issue and tried to engage positively and conversationally, but throughout the appointment I felt repeatedly corrected, talked down to, and shamed rather than educated. For example, when discussing when a crown had been replaced, I casually referred to it as "a couple years ago" and said it was done in 2022. Instead of simply clarifying the timeline, he repeatedly focused on correcting me ("that's four years") until I acknowledged the math. The interaction felt oddly adversarial and unnecessary. He also repeatedly described my mouth and gums in extremely negative terms ("filthy," "awful"), questioned whether I knew how to floss properly despite my explaining that I floss daily, and told me "you failed today" when I mentioned that I had never previously received concerning feedback about my hygiene from other dental professionals. Constructive feedback is absolutely fine and important. What was difficult was the tone. I left feeling embarrassed and emotionally rattled rather than supported or informed. I'm open to improving anything that genuinely needs attention, but patients can receive difficult information without being made to feel belittled.

Unfortunately, I have to give Premier Dental a very mixed review. The female hygienist that I went…read moreto for several years there was one of the best hygienists I ever went to. And the staff was great. The substitute male hygienist that I ended up on my last visit was personable and a very good sales person for the laser treatment that he managed to sell me. But he was certainly not in the best ever quality hygienist and I was not happy that I was never given notice that I was going to get a substitute that day. My real issue with Premier Dental however, was with the primary Dentist, Dr. Bunchman, who is probably a decent dentist, but his verdicts were always in question. Oddly, he seemed to enjoy delivering bad news to me, always with a smirk on his face and I definitely got the impression overtime that he had taken a dislike to me, which was not of my doing because I was never anything but pleasant to him. That is not my way! When I saw Dr. Bunchman in 2024, I was told by him that I needed two crowns. I went to my oral surgeon to get a second opinion and he said that one of the crowns would be a total waste of time because the tooth was too close to going bad. And so I worked with him and a expensive But excellent Dentist who I trust to do an implant and a crown Early this year, I saw Dr. Bunchman again and he again told me I needed an additional two crowns. He noted that I had not worked with him last year and said that if I did not use him for all my dental work, I was no longer welcome to schedule with my favorite hygienist and needed to go elsewhere. Again, I went to get a second opinion with another local Dentist who is now my hero - Dr Fox. He told me he thought he could save both of the teeth for another few years. I was very happy to hear that as I could at least prepared to budget for more expensive dental work. As it ended up, he managed to put two very tight fillings in the teeth in question. He did an excellent job that took real skill, and I have not had any problems since the teeth were filled many months ago. So I would have to say that I'm very glad that I did look elsewhere to get my dental work done! Meanwhile, today I was presented with a bill in the mail that I've never heard of before - four my last cleaning with the substitute five months ago. I was told that the Desk person had miscalculated and it had not billed me enough. I am going to pay, of course, but it was not a happy ending with Premier Dental!
