He ended up advising to cut a third tree down because it was right next to the creek that runs behind our house and the roots were exposed and it could come down if the ground got too wet. This is the reason we took down the other trees. He gave us a very good quote compared to the guys that came after. They arrived on time on the day of the service. They even had to take my fence down and did it seamlessly. They took care of my property as well as the plant and grass in the area. When they got finished they left my yard clean of any debris and they put my fence back up to where it looks like nothing ever happened. The owner is infectiously cordial and polite. In the spirit of truthfulness I will say that there was a small communication snag very early on. Also, there were a couple of times where I had to follow-up about something that may not had gotten done on the last cut. They were always extremely receptive and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Throughout the season it was a pleasure to come home every other Wednesday and see that our yard had been transformed into a beautiful almost scenic oasis. My friend a few houses up had him remove a pretty good amount of brush/leaves and also had a good experience. I'm always happy to support a young business that does a great job.
