Brooke was so kind, personable, and professional - walking me through each step, helping to ease any discomfort with breathing exercises, and she provided a lot of rich information around aftercare, (along with suggested products that can fight ingrown hairs and ensure an even easier wax next time). Over 24 hours later - no bumps, ingrowns, or anything. Looks prrrfect! For first-timers, I highly recommend Brooke!

Like hanging out with your BFF (if your BFF was up in your lady business, LOL!) She totally walked me through what she was doing, and talk about attention to detail- getting up in THERE with tweezers to make sure every.little.hair was taken care of! She uses a super sensitive-skin friendly wax, and y'all, it honestly didn't hurt. Reallyyyy. 5 Stars.

Just came here for the first time to get a volume set from Heidi and I had a fantastic experience…read more Unfortunately I had gotten a set just over a week before from a completely different place in Asheville and that set was pretty awful. In the end my previous set was not salvageable and had to be removed (too much glue etc). Heidi was so fun to chat with which made the time fly by, but she's also a total pro who has skills! She took her time and gave me a gorgeous volume set that I love. They are absolutely perfect. Other notes- after getting the full set Gaze gives you an adorable tote with lash cleanser and a brush- very nice touch. Heidi also gave me a blanket to keep me toasty- I really should have fallen asleep but ended up yakking away the whole time ‍ next time I vow to make her job easier by keeping my face still. Bottom line: Worth every penny. Highly recommend and can't wait to keep coming back.

There's a saying that no one does lashes like vegas lashes...and I can honestly say, as a travel nurse who goes all over the country....this is SO true. Heidi is a true perfectionist. I'd confidently recommend her to anyone considering lashes or is looking for a stellar lash artist. I promise you...you won't be disappointed. I'm soooo grateful that I found Heidi and can have my vegas lashes every single time I'm here in this area. Thank you, Heidi!!!!
