Service is great and friendly. My first visit I got a manicure with gel polish. The mom took her time allowing the gel to sure and prevent imperfections. Today was again great service with dip nails. I've been looking for a good salon and finally found my place. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. i got a pedicure on friday and by tuesday the polish was peeling. i had an appointment for a full set of gel nails. i asked that they do a nail change on my feet first. the lady said no. the husband started to holler at me. he said the would do the gel nails first and if they had time the polish change (although it was their fault because of old nail polish that it had peeled). the man continued to holler at me and i left. i should have read the other reviews. terrible people. read more

I have been here several times and was satisfied. This time was a disaster. Holly tried to do my nails while I sat on the Pedi chair which was unusual. I questioned this because it was so awkward. I couldn't understand what she said to explain it. After 2 days my polish started cracking and peeling off in strips. I stopped in on the 4th day to show them and was told by Andrew and the daughter, that this was to be expected and that polish never lasts for more than 2 - 3 days ???? I never had this happen so quickly before but they insisted it was normal and didn't even offer a repolish. Also on one nail, the polish had bubbles in it, and on another finger, the cuticle was not trimmed. What a mess. I will find another place for my mani-pedis, Holly. read more

I came to this salon with my friend to get shellac mani's and pedi's. We were going to spend a nice chunk of change. There was one woman working that did not look happy when we came in, it seemed like we were interrupting her even though there wasn't a soul in sight. She asked what color we wanted before we even had the chance to see the options. I tried to tell her I had dip on my nails and shellac on my toes. She immediately asked in a rude tone what do I want, gel or dip. I tried to tell her again and she copped an attitude. It seemed nice but upon entering I was barely spoken to and they didn't seem to understand me when I told them what I wanted. They just nodded and then did a standard acrylic nail. He basically told me I was going to get a square nail even though I asked for rounded. He also filed into my finger and now I have a slice taken out of my finger as well as my cuticle filed into with the dremel until it bled a little. Could be because every so often he would stare outside while working on my nails. I ended up with flared, square, long tips. The exact opposite of what I wanted. Might be a good place for a manicure, but for sure not acrylics! I just paid and left, I probably should have said something before I left but I just felt so sad that I just left. I had to take them off shortly after, they were just too long and uneven for me to let it go. read more

I decided to try this place on the recommendation of some neighbors. My usual salon in Brevard, beside Food Lion, is perfectly nice but often quite crowded. Pro Nails is in a strip mall on the right (coming from Brevard), after you turn right on 64 toward Hendersonville. It is a couple and their daughter. The daughter gave me a good pedicure and speaks very good English. This is my new nail salon. read more
