The salon is beautiful, they offer lots of options, and the staff has always been kind and welcoming. Honestly, if they were any more attentive, I'd probably feel a little out of place--I'm much more used to taking care of other people than being pampered myself! Every visit, they've made sure I'm comfortable and helped me figure out colors when I inevitably pick the wrong type of polish (which seems to happen every time). They've always been patient, helpful, and dependable. I don't even think about going anywhere else because they've consistently taken great care of me. The shop is absolutely adorable inside, and I especially love what they've done with the remodel after Helene completely destroyed their original space. It was already a struggle for her to get her electric chair thru the door. They watched us struggle for 5 minutes and once we were in they said they would not do her nails. The lady said she didn't have time to do them. The gentleman who did them the time before said it took to long the last time and didn't want to hurt her. This client had a stroke and her right hand side is very sensitive. I wish they would have mentioned this before we struggled getting thru the door. The time before they refused to wax her.
