I paid more than $1300.00 plus another payment for color more than $400.00. After many, many attempts at color they could never match my grey hair. In August I took possession of the topper and took it to my stylist who agreed with me it wasn't right. I sent a letter to the owner requesting a refund which was ignored. I stated that she could have the topper back and hopefully donate to someone that could use it. I feel it's very unprofessional to profit from something that has never been worn and is completely useless. It looks absolutely ridiculous on me, I'd never wear that in public. I don't like to bash a local small business, but buyer beware. I sent her a letter September 2, completely ignored. Sent a certified letter yesterday. We will see, next step is small claims. $1800.00 is a lot to spend on absolutely nothing. I wasn't asking for a total refund as I thought it would be fair if she proved an invoice amount and refund me the profit. If we go to next step I'm asking for a full refund. My out of pocket was $1807.24.

Here, JoAnn, with way more experience than the last 2 places I went to, gave me the results I was looking for, which really helps build my self image and confidence. I am totally satisfied with the thickness and amazing color; midnight blue! Since she was so much more professional, I really can say it was next to painless as well; which was huge for me. She also kept me very informed at each step as she proceeded, and also on the follow-up care; which would make a big difference on how well the permanent liner results would be. So happy with my new eyes!!!
