She not only ruined my hair, she was rude and dismissive during the appointment (and after), and I should have walked out before I let her touch me. The color was orange and striped like a skunk. The cut was uneven and she failed to respond for two days and then refused to fix it without charge which is industry standard when a stylist screws up. The damage was beyond belief but not even an apology from her or the vile owner who, of course, backed her stylist. I lost my home and have severe health problems related to Tropical Storm Helene and paying Destonie $315.00 for chunks of my hair to fall out is heartbreaking and inexcusable. Shame on her and Zhenya. These people are far too big for their small-town britches.

She loved the haircut, but unfortunately the color she chose looked so similar to her normal hair color, that she felt pretty disappointed that the highlights didn't look like the photos we had shown Kaya pre-appointment. I got in touch with her shortly after leaving, and she was so kind and understanding and scheduled a complimentary appointment to help get it to what she was hoping for. That time she nailed it and my daughter is thrilled with how the color turned out! We really appreciated Kaya's professionalism and care in making her first experience a success!

Arrived at salon at 12:58, checked in, easy enough. Waited for an extra 17 minutes with no acknowledgement. Ultimately decided that the salon has forgotten the value of its customers' time. Business lost. Quite a shame as it used to be a quality salon and great place to buy Aveda products. New location is more convenient which is a plus. However the new lobby is tiny and the chairs are not comfortable enough for delayed appointments.

I sent text or email message I can't remember which one now. I got call from someone there who said that owner was out of the country but was due back the following week. So I said great can you call me when she returns. Nothing again!!! I called couple days ago and left another message finally yesterday someone called me back. I explained that I wanted to book an appointment but I wanted someone to get with the owner and find out who could do that cut and color since she was no longer taking new clients. I explained to the young lady the style and the person name who had that style and the client had been going to her for over 10 plus years so I'm sure she would remember (the owner). and if she could find out by the owner if she could explain to another stylist what I was looking for and who could do it correctly. The girl on the phone only wanted to book me an appointment with one of the stylist not knowing what I was looking for. I finally go so frustrated I told the girl to just forget the entire appointment. It is really bad when a hair salon can not do what you ask only want to stick you whoever. I guess pray and pay if it was not done correctly. What a shame too because I am a good person and only wanted someone there to do their job and help me before sticking me with an unknown person. The owner should do something NOW!! I still would like my hair done but I guess that will never happen.
