It was my first time getting…read morelash extensions--I was doing it for my wedding--and she made the process so easy and relaxing. I quickly realized just from texting her before our appointment that I had no reason to be nervous. The appointment was fun and my lashes looked so good throughout my wedding week and on the big day! It was so nice not to have to worry about mascara running or anything like that and I got so many compliments on my lashes! Go see her! Michelle will take such good care of you and make you look amazing. Also her studio is so cozy and relaxing. :) Also! The photo of me kissing my son was taken at the very end of the night after hours of dancing, sweating, and hanging out in the sun. These lashes hold up and look gorgeous for whatever you need!

This was my first experience with lash extensions. I read all the do's and don't's about lash…read moreextensions, but still wanted to try it because I just don't have time to mess with all that mascara. Additionally, my eyes are so sensitive to mascara, even hypo-allergenic mascara. I was tired of having my eyes water all day long because of the mascara, and I felt like my eyes disappeared entirely without something to frame them. My real lashes are there, but they are fairly short. This is the best thing I have ever done for my face. Even just getting out of bed in the morning, I have no need to apply makeup. Cathi was so good at explaining how to care for them, and made me so comfortable during the procedure, I could have fallen asleep. With my second visit, she added a few longer lashes and thickened them up by adding more. I LOVE them and can't imagine ever being without them again. This is well worth the price, and the time it saves you when you are getting ready to go out......just apply some blush and some powder. You're ready to go!!

I tried contacting Lashville to fix things but she ignored my 2 texts

Just came here for the first time to get a volume set from Heidi and I had a fantastic experience…read more Unfortunately I had gotten a set just over a week before from a completely different place in Asheville and that set was pretty awful. In the end my previous set was not salvageable and had to be removed (too much glue etc). Heidi was so fun to chat with which made the time fly by, but she's also a total pro who has skills! She took her time and gave me a gorgeous volume set that I love. They are absolutely perfect. Other notes- after getting the full set Gaze gives you an adorable tote with lash cleanser and a brush- very nice touch. Heidi also gave me a blanket to keep me toasty- I really should have fallen asleep but ended up yakking away the whole time ‍ next time I vow to make her job easier by keeping my face still. Bottom line: Worth every penny. Highly recommend and can't wait to keep coming back.

Heidi is a true perfectionist. I'd confidently recommend her to anyone considering lashes or is looking for a stellar lash artist. I promise you...you won't be disappointed. I'm soooo grateful that I found Heidi and can have my vegas lashes every single time I'm here in this area. Thank you, Heidi!!!!
