In the end my previous set was not salvageable and had to be removed (too much glue etc). Heidi was so fun to chat with which made the time fly by, but she's also a total pro who has skills! She took her time and gave me a gorgeous volume set that I love. They are absolutely perfect. Other notes- after getting the full set Gaze gives you an adorable tote with lash cleanser and a brush- very nice touch. Heidi also gave me a blanket to keep me toasty- I really should have fallen asleep but ended up yakking away the whole time ‍ next time I vow to make her job easier by keeping my face still. Bottom line: Worth every penny. Highly recommend and can't wait to keep coming back.

Amber had scheduled a third appointment with me following our second appointment, which did not go as well as I had hoped. Despite this, I felt that she deserved another chance and was looking forward to the next appointment. However, I never received a confirmation for our third appointment and when I reached out to her directly, she asked who I was and denied having any appointments that week. I was surprised by this response, especially considering our previous communication. When I provided a screenshot of the appointment and explained that I had never received a cancellation, She did not respond. I guess you can say I was ghosted! Given my overall experience, with Amber's lack of communication, maturity and professionalism, I do not believe that she is suited for business ownership. There are plenty of other hair solons to chose and this is one to stay away from.
