The most amazing eyebrow magic!! Quick and efficient. Way better than waxing and plucking. 10/10 read more

I'm really upset with my experience here. I asked for a cleanup, but my eyebrows were reshaped and made noticeably thinner with a much higher arch than I wanted. I specifically said I did not want thin eyebrows and even showed her a picture. She did not listen. The threading itself was also rough and she was pressing down very hard on my eyelids, and afterward the loose hairs were left all over my face instead of being brushed away. The setup was also unsanitary with clients lying down on the same cloth chair with no cleaning at all in between...I left feeling upset with both the result and the overall experience. I would not come here. read more

This store continues to break FEDERAL LAW. By forcing consumers to pay an illegal subcharge on debit cards. As I went to pay, I saw a sign that said there will be an extra charge on debit and credit cards. Obviously, under federal law it is illegal to do this. As I tried disputing this and saying my rights (because it's already such an expensive service now she is trying to steal more money from her customers it's sad). But as I tried to explain as nicely as I could, she became extremely aggressive with me, shouting at me, telling me it's okay. I asked "what's okay?" And she just repeated it. She said that she knew she was breaking the law but that it wasn't her fault it was the square apps fault (another lie) I asked "do you think it's okay to break the law?" And she became even more angry and said that she isn't breaking the law. So she's one minute saying yes I'm breaking the law it's not my fault, and the next claiming not to break the law. It's a federal law. She Gets aggravated at her CUSTOMERS disputing it. This isn't okay (obviously because it's illegal) read more

Always does a great job on my brows and I love the music. The only thing is she works by herself so the wait can sometimes be over 15 min but she's quick per person and always does great. I would never go somewhere else read more

First time ever getting my eyebrows threaded after years of disappointed waxing services. I was blown away with how great they looked! I love them and dont plan on going anywhere else to get them done! read more

Such a sweet lady who runs this business. She remembers every face who walks in and is incredibly skilled. I get my eyebrows threaded every month, but she also does eyebrow tinting, henna, and so much more! She is worth the wait. Plenty of seating inside. Incense is always burning and music is always playing. High recommend this business! read more

They work short hours They don't open till 11:00 I can never get the girl on the phone and I could never get there unless I go on my day off but they've been closed due to holidays I went one to cut my brows done but I haven't been able to find them open or reach them by text to find out what the hourly evenings schedule is I don't understand the business that opens at 11:00 That means anybody who doesn't work till noon can't come in read more

I've been twice, and the 2nd time was better shaped for both brows than the first. They were hard to "match". The thing that will prevent me from returning has to do with hygiene. the bed has a sheet and pillow cover that is not changed between customers and there was debris on it which I had to brush off. Otherwise the lady was sweet and careful, and guided me thru this different kind of procedure. read more

I come here all the time to get my brows done. Usually quicker in the morning, but you just have to be patient. They always do an amazing job and well worth the wait. Thank y'all so much for your dedication to this job. Here are some updated prices. read more

although she is excellwnt with the brows, she lost a long time costumer I've been going to her for years, but lately the wait has been insane. She takes a well deserved break 1.30pm-2pm so the last 3 times I've been there I've tried to go right after 2 or before. she is still has everyone wait even more time. Today was the last time I go to her. She was very rude after she lost internet service to process payments she had us wait until she could fix it, however she could just use Venmo and take care of clients ( at this point there where only 3 ppl waiting I had been there for 40 minute already. she raised her voice after we'd been patiently waiting around for her after her lunch hours and now waiting for her to fix her machine?? I'm usually very understanding but she doesn't seem to care about customer service anymore !! read more

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years with this kind and skilled woman and I love it. Sometimes it's busy but it's worth waiting. Her sister has a place with the same name but in South Asheville. They're both very good at what they do! read more

Really nice place. Got my eyebrows done within 10 minutes. The lady who did it was really nice. I will be going back soon.

Really enjoyed having my first threading experience here! I was really nervous about changing my brows too much and she was very understanding and accommodating about it. My brows look so nice and subtle, somehow the areas I've always thought were sparse or uneven look so much better now, I can't wait to ease into shaping them a bit more with her in the future! read more

the work they do is impeccable, i love the way they shape my brows. however, there is absolutely no telling when they will actually open, and when they do open, the wait is incredibly long. Their store hours are posted as opening at 10 or 10:30 depending on where you look online, and the other day I got there at 10, they were closed. I called twice, the second time someone answered at 10:50 and said they would be there in 15 minutes. nobody showed up until 11:20. thankfully i had time to wait but not everyone does. this all being said. if you have the time, there is no better place to go. read more

I just recently moved here and was hoping to find a new place to get my eyebrows threaded. I am so glad I found this place. She is fantastic!! Highly recommend and will continue going. read more

If I can't go to charming eyes, I just wait. No frills, quality eyebrow threading. Super consistent! I've been going here for 4 years now & have no desire to look elsewhere. Hot tip, don't go at lunch time lol! It does get crowded & people are willing to wait! There's 2 chairs, so I try to come in the earlier afternoon or between 3 and 4pm if possible. read more

Great service and love the way my eye brows turned out. Would highly suggest this business!

After moving to asheville I was worried that I wouldn't find someone that i could trust to do my thick, dark Italian eyebrows like I wanted. Once I found Charming Eyes I never looked back. I've been coming here for 3 years now. They always do an amazing job and if there's ever a slight detail I want changed they get it done. Service is fast, price is very reasonable ($12), and they're professional! 5 starts... always! read more

Always does great work! I'm too scared to go anywhere else when in a pinch because I love how my eyebrows turn out so much here. The only negative is there is always a wait due to it only being one lady. If there is 5 or more people ahead of you you might as well leave and come back a different day because it will be a while before it's your turn. Other than that it's always a pleasant experience! read more

"I found Charming Eyes about 6 years ago. My eyebrows looked fine, uneven and overall unhealthy. The ladies at Charming Eyes have transformed my eyebrows overtime into full brows through threading, shaping and tint. My eyebrows have grown into a healthy-looking brows that get me many compliments. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them!" read more

They do great work! There is almost always a line but it goes reasonably quick. Definitely worth the wait, because once you're in the chair it's a quick 5 min for a brand new you. Having 10 people ahead of you is no big deal if you're not in a hurry. It's a great place to read a book or space out on your phone when you need some Alone time where you can't do anything. Sometimes waiting is nice. read more

This business appears to be run by the owner who takes care to do an excellent job with each client. She is welcoming, attentive and skillful. This is the only place I would consider for eyebrow shaping and far better than salon waxing. In addition. She is extremely reasonably priced. read more

Love the new location they opened in Asheville!!! She always does my eyebrows perfect.

Pros: Inexpensive, threading-instead of traditional waxing, eyebrows most times look great after. Cons: The staff is rude. My friends and I stopped going because they were so unwelcoming. I could understand if I was rude or never tipped, but I'm not a picky customer. I tip very well every time. Customer service is everything to me. I rather pay a little more for the same service, for the staff to greet me and not treat me as walking money coming in. read more

Make sure to have nothing else planned for the day. They're never opened on time and close arbitrarily throughout the day. But great service if you're lucky enough to actually get in. read more

Pretty disturbing how she doesn't sanitize at all between her clients and throws the thread on the floor and has the string in her mouth. Couldn't bring myself to do it. read more

This was my second threading experience and I have to say it was amazing. I've come back twice since then, and even convinced my mother to get her eyebrows threaded. They usually open around 1030, not 10 FYI, but they are totally worth the wait. Will be coming here religiously every few months to get this done. Highly recommend. read more

They're fast and they know what they're doing. Convenient and reasonable prices. The outcome was great, I recommend this place!

This lady is a hard worker! She didn't take a break and worked on one person and quickly moved on to the next. She did a great job cleaning up our eyebrows. We suggest she get a take a number system queue, like they have a fabric store. This will help her see how many people she served in a day and prevent the waiting cheaters from skipping in line. read more

Tina & her sister are AMAZING! I've used them for 3 years and don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows.

Great place to go to. I asked her for an arch in my brows and she did just that. I go here from now on.

They do an amazing job on your eyebrows but they're never open when they're supposed to be. I understand it's family owned and operated but if you run a business and you say you're open at 10, you need to be open at 10. Not closer to 11 or whenever you feel like showing up. They also spend the entire time on their phones, even while they're doing your eyebrows they will be talking to someone on the phone. It's very rude. read more

i called this place in advance to ask if they do appointments, but they don't, walk ins only, good for me, so i can just stop in don't have to be on time. tucked in a little corner across the street from Whole Foods with plenty of parking is this little place. it was busy when i came, people waiting , loud talking in a different language, smells like India, i loved it right away. there were two Ladies working, fast and they had a blast with their customers. Threading doesn't take long so the wait was not long either. i told the lady that i don't know what i m doing but she said , no problem , she is going to help me. not that you have to do much, they just want you to sometimes stretch the skin with your fingers. the procedure was fast and not painful, at least i found it way less painful then using tweezers. they do all kind of threading, one lady got her chin another her upper lip done. for me it was only the eye brows. i just had the shape cleaned up and i have to say it looks nice and sharp. not bad for 12 bucks i think. the lady that helped me was Mrs Patel, the thing is that both of the ladies might have that as a last name, because they look so much alike they could almost be twins... glad i found this, surly will be back. read more
