I'm really upset with my experience here. I asked for a cleanup, but my eyebrows were reshaped and made noticeably thinner with a much higher arch than I wanted. I specifically said I did not want thin eyebrows and even showed her a picture. She did not listen. The threading itself was also rough and she was pressing down very hard on my eyelids, and afterward the loose hairs were left all over my face instead of being brushed away. The setup was also unsanitary with clients lying down on the same cloth chair with no cleaning at all in between...I left feeling upset with both the result and the overall experience. This store continues to break FEDERAL LAW. By forcing consumers to pay an illegal subcharge on debit cards. As I went to pay, I saw a sign that said there will be an extra charge on debit and credit cards. Obviously, under federal law it is illegal to do this. As I tried disputing this and saying my rights (because it's already such an expensive service now she is trying to steal more money from her customers it's sad). But as I tried to explain as nicely as I could, she became extremely aggressive with me, shouting at me, telling me it's okay. I asked "what's okay?" And she just repeated it. She said that she knew she was breaking the law but that it wasn't her fault it was the square apps fault (another lie) I asked "do you think it's okay to break the law?" And she became even more angry and said that she isn't breaking the law. So she's one minute saying yes I'm breaking the law it's not my fault, and the next claiming not to break the law. I've been twice, and the 2nd time was better shaped for both brows than the first. They were hard to "match". The thing that will prevent me from returning has to do with hygiene. the bed has a sheet and pillow cover that is not changed between customers and there was debris on it which I had to brush off. although she is excellwnt with the brows, she lost a long time costumer I've been going to her for years, but lately the wait has been insane. She takes a well deserved break 1.30pm-2pm so the last 3 times I've been there I've tried to go right after 2 or before. she is still has everyone wait even more time. Today was the last time I go to her. She was very rude after she lost internet service to process payments she had us wait until she could fix it, however she could just use Venmo and take care of clients ( at this point there where only 3 ppl waiting I had been there for 40 minute already. she raised her voice after we'd been patiently waiting around for her after her lunch hours and now waiting for her to fix her machine?? the work they do is impeccable, i love the way they shape my brows. however, there is absolutely no telling when they will actually open, and when they do open, the wait is incredibly long. Their store hours are posted as opening at 10 or 10:30 depending on where you look online, and the other day I got there at 10, they were closed. I called twice, the second time someone answered at 10:50 and said they would be there in 15 minutes. nobody showed up until 11:20. thankfully i had time to wait but not everyone does. this all being said. if you have the time, there is no better place to go. read more

They do great work! There is almost always a line but it goes reasonably quick. Definitely worth the wait, because once you're in the chair it's a quick 5 min for a brand new you. Having 10 people ahead of you is no big deal if you're not in a hurry. It's a great place to read a book or space out on your phone when you need some Alone time where you can't do anything. We suggest she get a take a number system queue, like they have a fabric store. They do an amazing job on your eyebrows but they're never open when they're supposed to be. I understand it's family owned and operated but if you run a business and you say you're open at 10, you need to be open at 10. Not closer to 11 or whenever you feel like showing up. They also spend the entire time on their phones, even while they're doing your eyebrows they will be talking to someone on the phone. It's very rude. read more

i called this place in advance to ask if they do appointments, but they don't, walk ins only, good for me, so i can just stop in don't have to be on time. tucked in a little corner across the street from Whole Foods with plenty of parking is this little place. it was busy when i came, people waiting , loud talking in a different language, smells like India, i loved it right away. there were two Ladies working, fast and they had a blast with their customers. Threading doesn't take long so the wait was not long either. i told the lady that i don't know what i m doing but she said , no problem , she is going to help me. not that you have to do much, they just want you to sometimes stretch the skin with your fingers. the procedure was fast and not painful, at least i found it way less painful then using tweezers. they do all kind of threading, one lady got her chin another her upper lip done. for me it was only the eye brows. i just had the shape cleaned up and i have to say it looks nice and sharp. not bad for 12 bucks i think. the lady that helped me was Mrs Patel, the thing is that both of the ladies might have that as a last name, because they look so much alike they could almost be twins... glad i found this, surly will be back. read more
