It stated to write your name on the sheet and they would call your phone number if you stepped out. I came back, after a few minutes they called the name after mine. They never called me. I take responsibility for buying the bras before I went out of town, which didn't give me a lot of time to try and return. The sports bra, I brought back because you could see the seems through workout shirts. Upon taking the tags off of the padded t shirt bras, and wearing for more than 5 minutes, it became evident the cup size was too big. I went back, she resized me a cup size smaller and then changed out one of the bras. I still had $160 worth at home. Again, the new bra felt great, but upon wearing it, it was digging up my arm pit and the other bra I couldn't return since she took of the tags. I have a 1/4 in red line on my torso from the bra being so tight. I am out $240 and a $85 gift card (which I have no use for, because no one can fit me), and no wearable bras. I had to make 3 trips to the store, Including the most recent one 4 days after buying. Money is very tight and I could have really used the $320. I do believe they should stand behind their fittings. Never again. In the future, I will order off Amazon (same bras), try, on and return for a full refund.

I was thankful for the help, and also for not judging me based on my size. As a bigger gal, these kind of outfitters are not always friendly to the plus sized crowd. However, the gentleman assured me that whatever wasn't available in my size or color preference in store could be ordered as long as it's in stock. The clothes are a little pricier than what I'm used to. I rarely buy clothes, but when I do it's on sale at a big box store so I know I'm not always getting quality stuff. I will say that everything I tried on actually fit well so shopping here wasn't the usual painful experience for me. I found the pants I was looking for, tried on a variety of others just to make sure I liked the ones I wanted, and was happy with my decision and overall experience. Honestly, I might go back to get a sweater that I fell in love with but don't really need. But it was sooooo soft and comfortable. I'm not what I would consider the typical customer for LL Bean, but I'm no longer counting it out as a place to find the right sporty gear that I know won't be available to me at REI and other outfitters.
