Frame pricing is the last three written digits: $169 and $450.

My wife and I have been going Everett Optometry Clinic for years to purchase frames. Recently, we decided to also get our exams done here. Everett Optometry Clinic is an independent clinic which means they are not affiliated with the Everett Clinic or Providence (no MyChart). Dr. Kahsai is an in-network provider for Premera Blue Cross. Dr. Kahsai is patient, thorough and detailed in is exams and explanations. Everett Optometry Clinic bills my insurance company on my behalf. Preventative eye and vision exams are billed at $301. Everett Optometry Clinic offers the latest in technology, from the exams to their hardware. Frames are expensive; however, the frames are trendy, unique and tres chic. I absolutely adore all of my frames that I have purchased (I have quite a few). The cost of my frames this year was $450 + $351 for the lenses. Lenses are well worth the cost due to the advanced technology. I was amazed at the difference between the lenses purchased here and the lenses purchased at Costco (same RX too). Allow about 7-10 business days for glasses to be ready for pick-up. Each pair of glasses comes with a hard case (except Oakley's). Each pair of glasses also comes with a micro-fiber cloth and a small bottle of cleaner In the event that I need an adjustment or pads added to my glasses, I know that I can drop into Everett Optometry Clinic free of charge for my adjustments. Thank you Everett Optometry Clinic for taking my vision seriously. Thank you for offering stylish frames for those of us who are tired of wearing contacts.

I made the appointment on February 12 after my visit with Dr. Thomas Jones 111. I had financial assistance with Physicians Eye for several years.. I am 80 years old and needed the assistance for several years. About 10 days before surgery I got a phone call from the office saying the office no longer offered financial assistance so I would have to pay over $300 on day of surgery. I cannot afford to pay that amount. I was very upset as I had waited for this surgery for so long and now they were calling to say they didn't have financial assistance anymore. I feel that since I had the assistance when the doctor okayed the surgery they should have done the surgery. I asked to speak to the billing department. They confirmed that they no longer had the assistance. After all the years I was a patient and considering without the surgery my vision is very impacted.

Finally got in and found the selection was very poor. After describing what type of frame I was looking for, the sales person went outside of store and came back with 2 closeout frames one of which appeared to be missing part of the lower portion of frame. After compromising and selecting what was supposed to be discounted frames and lenses with no special coatings, the price was well over $400. A week later when I went to pick up my already paid for glasses the store was closed citing short staffing problems. The next day I came back and again found the store closed this time citing a staff meeting. W.T.F. It seems they had no problem staying open to take my money and now are not delivering product. The service was not great to start with and is getting much worse. It should not be my problem if they are having staffing issues. In fact if this persists I will pursuit other means to obtain the glasses that I paid for.

Even with a scheduled appointment, we waited over 45 minutes, and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive instead of apologetic. When we finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed and careless. I did not feel confident in the results at all, and I left worried that my child's prescription might not even be correct. When I immediately asked to cancel the glasses order the same day, I was flatly refused with no clear explanation. What made this even worse was the complete lack of communication afterward. I called multiple times the same day and again the next day, but no one answered the phone or returned my calls. As a parent, being ignored when you are concerned about your child's vision is unacceptable. This experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I trusted this clinic with my child's eye care and left feeling unheard, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. I would never return and strongly warn other parents to look elsewhere.

And quite a few check ups and follow ups at the Seattle location. I called trying to see if I could set up with my new insurance at the Seattle location being I moved. I apparently owed $137 bill from the other location that I wasn't aware of so they sent me to collections and collections wants me to pay like $770 so I called to try and handle it personally with the two locations being I'm not even sure which one it was and constantly just talked down to talked rudely to put on hold three separate times having people pick up going have you been helped For me to be like I'm waiting on hold for somebody I'm not sure who only to be transferred to the Everett location that I was just physically at I don't know why everybody is so damn rude nowadays I literally went in with a smile on my face saying please thank you is it possible to leave a note for Dr. Warden or Ong Chin and they said yes but then once they found out, I owed the 137. They said we're not able to help you at all and I said I'm willing to pay the 137 no problem why are you guys so willing to just say go away I've had 13 eye surgeries by you guys do I not get some kind of respect for having my insurance cover all of those? It was over $2 million worth of insurance payments to cover all that as well as my license got taken away and Dr Scott Warden wasn't willing to sign the paperwork to let me get my monolithic license Even though I could pass all the tests he said now about five times so I'm very upset with retina consultants and I've been seeing them since like 2010 or something like that for diabetic treatments and again I've had 13 eye surgeries two retinal fusions on one eye scar tissue removal The whole nine and to be treated like this over the phone over $137 that I wasn't even aware wasn't paid is absolutely crazy. I've lost all respect for this business and it sucks because I really liked Dr. Ong Chin and warden was OK even though every single one of his appointments is a NASCAR appointment. You're lucky if you get 5 to 7 minutes to talk to him And he's in and out of three different appointments at once like how fast do they need to be how quick does the turnover need to be? I'm trying to get the information and records. I need to sue the company that caused my 70% blindness it's a five to $10 million lawsuit And they're not even willing to overlook or work with me to pay this $137 bill so I could talk to any of the doctors via a message even like what kind of world do we live in when you have to pay just to ask a two second question the the doctor who did 13 eye surgeries on you? Who are they the mafia like they were happy to try and schedule an appointment until they found out I owed 137 and I'm like well I'll pay that I'd still like to leave a message and again oh we can't do anything until that's paid and it's like dude I'm not paying 770 to armada or whatever the hell collections it is just to pay off 137 I owe you guys man what a joke I didn't even get a notice in the mail Probably have 4.5 stars cause 90% of their clients are elderly and just getting check ups I have 12 MAJOR surgeries and one simple one each one being 150-200k so I feel pretty let down by these guys at this point

From there, they brought us, my husband came with as my driver, to recheck my eyes. We then went into a room where my eyesight was checked again by a doctor and finally by Dr. King who did my surgery. He was very personable and made me feel like I was an actual person not just a number. They offered a sedative but I declined and we then went to the surgery area. While I waited my turn, I relaxed in a massage chair which was a very nice touch. Once in the OR, the procedure took maybe 10 minutes and they talked me through the entire process. They asked me questions about myself which helped take my mind off of everything going on. After a quick recheck to make sure everything went well, I was on my way with my instructions, new night goggles and a bag of coffee. It was also a great comfort that, during the entire process, my eyes were checked several times by different doctors to make sure everything was correct. That night, I got a text from Dr. King checking in and I was very impressed by that. I never expected that! I was back the next morning for a recheck and was in and out in 20 minutes. There is a lot to commend about King LASIK but the top two things are the people and the facility. I don't think I could have asked for nicer and more confident staff, from the front desk gal to the doctors. The facility was also super clean! Very modern and comfortable as well.
