I hired them to do one thing and one thing only. And they couldn't do that. I hired another surveyor who was able yo quickly get me all the paperwork I needed. These guys are a scam. I just saw their reviews on BBB and they should absolutely be driven out of business. Please stay away and find yourself another firm. Even if he did good work, I would still stay away. He's shady and his business practices are unscrupulous. I'll just leave it at that.

I had a one month window to do the work and I called him 2 weeks into that time frame. He was very honest and said he hadn't gotten to it yet, but he would do it in two days. He came through and completed the job in two days just like he said. It was no problem for me to have to call him once for a status check. I would recommend working with Frank any time. They did not provide any unique "calculations." I have some questions about how the survey was conducted and information that was said to me. A separate survey crew hired by a neighbor came by the day after our property was staked. They used the markers on our property for a neighbor on the other side of our street-- they asked me who did our staking. It's close enough for building flower beds along the property, but I will use a different company in the future for establishing property lines.

A few days later I found 2-3 Centre realty agents posted my properties on apartments.com as if they were the listing agents, they used my photos, my property address, but wrote up their own descriptions, of course listed their contact info. I emailed all of them ask them to remove these listings, they did. Many other websites like hotpad.com Trulia.com have my listing searchable on their website, but the contact info is mine. Some websites called me and asked my permission to list my properties on their websites, but this centre realty just represented me without my permission and stole my photos.
