The staff are always kind, helpful, and respectful. I've never had an issue with them and they even help me figure out my Regal Unlimited perks from time to time. The building itself is old but part of me actually really enjoys it for the nostalgia-- I love being transported to the 2000's! Please never remodel. The seats themselves could be comfier since they're the traditional theater chairs. The Lynnwood location has recliners but this location tends to have more films that I want to watch.

Wanted reclining lounge seats, so not a lot of options in the area. Food and beverage area was quick enough. Quirky folks with one struggling with math. The coworkers around helped quickly. Regular prices. But missing Raisinets! Movie was good in the theater. A tad loud, but okay for an action movie. Will keep this as our main option for more immersive movies.

The Audio WAS VERY loud but not OVERWHELMING, I think it is what the director intended, for this film, other films were loud enough. The seating is recliner, cushioned, but not the ELECTRONIC, double recliner, stadium style and cramped, however the seating is well done in arrangement, sitting on the edges does not give u a bad angle. The middle sections for the walk way seating are actually great since there is no wall and there is bars, as well as being a level higher up, this is a great choice for a packed theater. The entire theater was clean enough for a busy week, and the concessions staff were amazing, they helped me out on getting my nacho cheese reheated , and answered the quick questions i asked about showtimes and other things. If you want the big screen but don't want to drive Lynnwood or Gig Harbor, this is the best choice I recommend for big screen movies as a cinephile!

The problem I had was with the bathrooms, and it was a BIG problem. The lobby bathroom was filthy. I had to look in 8 stalls to find one that was flushed and/or did not have urine on the seat. There was toilet paper and trash everywhere. The place reeked (stronger than public bathrooms usually do) of urine and feces. I have literally been in porta-potties that were cleaner. I notified the staff before I went into the theater, and when I went to the bathroom again over two hours later, it was still in the same condition. I expect more from a theatre where I spend a ridiculous amount of money and is in a chichi location like Bellevue. I feel like I drove an hour each way to pee in a nasty bathroom. (I live in a small town with a less impressive theatre, but much better bathrooms. I never had this problem in Kirkland Cinemark, either.) At least the movie was good. The popcorn there is tasty, as well. Please, please, please, though, keep your toilets clean. (Also, women moviegoers, stop being so freaking disgusting and wipe/flush the dang toilet!!!)

I like the convenience of using the App to check what movies are playing, view open seating for different movie times, and reserving my seats. This theater doesn't have the reclining seats but the seats are still comfortable. It has been clean on both occasions that we have gone to escape reality. I'm not a fan of the commercials and the 20 minutes worth of previews before the movie! I usually try to arrive closer to when the movie starts so I'm not sitting so long. I do like the ample parking and it is close to where I live. Plus, all the staff I have encountered has been nice.

I've tried several cocktails and the mule is one of my favorites. The servers have always been really pleasant. One time a drink was not delivered that I had ordered but they didn't charge me for it without me having to ask. This movie venue isn't cheap. Tickets are $20 and the food menu isn't discount. The food is pretty good, and when I compare to what I'd pay for dinner and a movie elsewhere, IPIC comes out in that range. Note that they do add an automatic 18% service charge to the bill which isn't boldly stated. I was glad I saw that in another review and thought to look for it myself. The screen and sound are good. My daughter and I like our fun nights out here and will keep returning.

I was actually surprised by how nice the entire place is. We ended up going to IPIC because the movie I wanted to watch was no longer playing in any of the other eastside movie theaters except at IPIC. I ended up paying beaucoup bucks, about $40 for two tickets and just sucked it up to watch my favorite movie director's newest flick. But I was easily able to get tickets online and reserve seats, making it super convenient to show up last minute. The seats are bundled in pairs, making it nice to have a date night here. The bundled seats include a table in the middle where your refreshments go. The seats recline and there's even a blanket on every seat. It was very comfortable watching a movie here, making the experience all the more fun. The menu features many different dishes and there's a full bar that you can get from your seat. They also have a bar to hang out in before and after the movie, as well as some games and a pool table. The bathrooms were amazing! Holy crap, I was surprised by how spacious, bright and clean they were. I wouldn't spend money to watch every movie here, but it is nice to have this option at Redmond Town Center.

My friend and I reserved our seats online weeks in advance, especially because we knew we'd be seeing the Mandalorian & Grogu on release day. Our showtime was 1:40pm, so it wasn't too busy yet. Love the reclining seats. We tried the pretzel bites from the concession stand, and they were delicious and buttery. I really like the location of this Cinemark. It's in a shopping plaza, so we got to do some shopping before the movie. There is also a coffee shop and Salt & Straw for ice cream.

The employees here have always been kind and respectful when I've visited. This Cinemark is located right in the middle of Totem Lake. Parking is very easy and straight forward with all the garages around. Plus it's a great theater if you want to get dinner/dessert before or after your movie. I highly recommend this theater!
