From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of and informed of every step of my visit. Dr. Nadel had me watch a short video before beginning the first appointment. That was really interesting for me because I've never seen a chiropractor before then! The first visit was about 45 minutes including my wait time. Every other doctor always makes you wait forever! But I was seen right away and he answered all the questions I had. We scheduled a return visit to go over the findings from the x-ray I had to get done. After getting my x-rays, I came back for a second visit. During that visit he went over everything in detail and helped me set up a weekly treatment plan with him. I was given information on every step of the process. I really felt comfortable with Dr. Nadel. I can't wait to start treatment! read more

From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Nadel is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in chiropractic care, but also takes the time to listen, explain, and tailor each treatment to your specific needs. His holistic approach and genuine concern for his patients' well-being make a world of difference. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my posture, pain levels, and overall energy. I had severe migraines in the past. A true professional with a healing touch! read more

Perhaps Dr. Nadel is a good doctor. I haven't really gotten a chance to know, as his office is so poorly run that twice they have canceled appointments at the last minute. This is twice out of 4 times! I initially booked with his colleague, Dr. Avdiu. The initial visit was cancelled the day before with only a voicemail that I should call them to reschedule, and I wasn't able to be seen for another week. When I went in, I saw Dr. Avdiu, who was personable and professional, but at the END of the appointment, she informed me that she would not be my doctor (!) and that going forward I would be seeing Dr. Nadel, since she was leaving the practice. I was gobsmacked, and thought that it was in such bad faith to move forward with the appointment and the consultation knowing that she would no longer be part of this practice, and foisting another Doctor upon me! The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude, just really not personable in any way, and argued with me about my insurance plan. I let her know that I don't have a copay, and she said "We'll see. Many patients THINK they know about their plans, but I will find out when I call." Then she spent 5 minutes arguing with me about it. (I called my insurance prior to making the initial booking). Rather than simply calling my insurance carrier right then and there to find out, she insisted on charging me a $50 "hold" until the next visit. Given that I'm in fairly bad pain, I went ahead and agreed to see Dr. Nadel for ongoing appointments. At the next appointment, I showed up on time, and the receptionist was sitting there eating at the desk! Disgusting! She told me 15 minutes later that Dr. Nadel would be there soon, he was out on his lunch break. I wondered why I would be scheduled to be seen at a time that the Doctor is at lunch. When he finally arrived, he told me the truth, which was that they had neglected to note my appointment in their booking system, and she phoned him, and he came from the gym to see me. Complete lack of organization! He was alright, and adjusted me, and he was somewhat apologetic, but had no justification for the problems of his practice, and didn't really take responsibility for any of it. I was set to go back this week, but again, they cancelled my appointment just hours before with only a text message! no phone call, and no call back in the 2 days since. The office is small, cramped, and is badly in need of renovation. The equipment is old, and the actual exam room is so cramped that you can barely move around in it. I will not be returning, and I urge anyone considering this practice to STAY AWAY! read more

Not a big fan of this place. Twice the office was closed with no notice when I had an appointment. One of the doctors abruptly went on indefinite leave. And the receptionist is always in a bad mood. read more

I'm one of Dr. Gabe's first clients. I put my body through many challenges as I've been training for triathlons and marathon races for several years now. Dr. Gabe provided both adjustments but also education. he looks for the source of the issues, not just a quick fix. When I had strains in my leg, he examined my running shoes as if he was dissecting a frog. Upon careful inspection, he discovered one of the shoes were worn down and causing imbalance. From my understanding, the practice of chiropractic is often under much scrutiny. My advice - listen to your body. If your body feels out of sync, stiff, or imbalanced, you should get a professional opinion. I seek Dr. Gabe's advice whenever I run into those situations. He traveled across the country to be on my support team for the Ironman Triathlon in Lake Tahoe, CA. That was a really BIG deal. I don't know what I would have done without his support. He's extremely precise and very reliable -- and pulled through when I needed him. read more

Their office is very lazy and incompetent; not one medical office I encountered in NY had this many problems figuring out where to call to confirm how my coverage works. Then they told me I should call my insurance - they themselves wouldn't - and find out if their billing code is the same as my physical therapist's and if so, would their services be covered. As I was on the phone standing in their lobby being their only patient, my insurance rep asked me why I'm doing my provider's legwork. In the meantime, the doctor took another patient that came in. The doctor's bedside manners are very unpleasant. Maybe I'm too spoilt by other ny doctors, but with him I always felt like I'm getting on his nerves and he's struggling to suppress it. Sounded very condescending too. Not a good experience at all. read more

Great practice and informative and helpful Chiropractors. Easy to get appointments and change them if necessary. I've had some great results in 3 weeks! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Gabe for over a year now as I was struggling with neck, back and shoulder pain. One of the reasons why I continued to see him is that he communicated along the way what my issues were and what our plan of attack would be to treat it. He gave me exercises to do to help me build my strength up. I don't get flu shots and this winter was the first time I did not get sick. I contribute that to my consistent chiropractic care. Not only is Dr. Gabe professional and a great chiropractor, he also has a great personality which makes each visit fun. I highly recommend you give him a try. He honestly cares and wants to make a difference. read more

Dr. Nadel and his staff are kind, courteous and professional! I had bad back pain and Dr. Gabe was thorough in explaining what was going on and how to go about treating my pain. He was great at understanding what I needed to do to start feeling better. He's also great at adjusting your back - and that's a huge positive when it comes to being Chiropractor. Sometimes you get a doctor who just can't execute the adjustments, but that is not the case here! I appreciate that their hours are flexible in that I can come after my long work days. Dr. Gabe is also very approachable and has a wonderful sense of humor. He seems to really care and understands that you might want to get back "on the field" so to speak but he works with you in order to treat the problem long term so you're not constantly coming back with pain. read more

Dr. Gabe is a spine genius, my 1st treatment relieved some stress and tension in my neck. I felt extremely mobile afterwards versus the stiffness in my neck and back. read more

I have been having backaches and shooting pains down my right thigh. In need of immediate help from a chiropractor, I searched for one that suits my time availability. What's great about Dr. Gabe is that he is available on some weekdays until 7pm. I have been going for treatment with Dr. Gabe for 2 weeks now and so far, I have seen changes. The first week, my pain has definitely reduced 30%-- there were some sore spots but definitely cleared of shooting pains which was such a relief! And my back pain is definitely not as excruciating as before. Also, Dr. Gabe is really thorough at explaining the details on what the problem is and answers questions professionally. Not to mention, the location is convenient to get to and the ambience in the office is very calm. Natalie at the front desk is also very helpful and always answer my calls if I'm ever running late. read more

I went in for a minor sports injury to my shoulder and Dr. Gabe was great in helping to get the blood flow back and making the pain go away. I keep going back to get my back adjusted and fix anything else that may flair up. Dr. Gabe is personable and professional and I recommend him to my friends. read more

Dr. Gabe is just great... I had rib pain and really bad lower back pain. The rib pain was chronic and over just a few sessions he got me all fixed up. Great bedside manner and friendly, professional staff. Highly recommended. read more

I have a major shoulder injury that happened about 5 years ago due to weight lifting. I originally came into Dr. Gabe's office a few weeks ago to see what he can do for me. During my visits my pain in my shoulder have been going down little by little. Location is great literally 10 min walk from my office and quick to my session in during my lunch break. read more

Dr Gabe has been super helpful. Had bad neck and lower back pain when I first started seeing him, but now I'm stabilized.

I love this chiropractic office! I have a lot of injuries and chronic pain and I've been to other chiropractors before. Dr. Gabe is very knowledgable and explains everything to me in great detail. I always feel so much better after an adjustment. The lady at the front desk is really nice too. I highly recommend giving this place a try! read more

I happened to meet him by chance at a gym I used to belong to, where he was doing free initial screenings. At the time I had what I thought was shoulder pain, which he later told me was actually my upper back, and suggested I come in for a more thorough exam. Well almost 2 years and about 3 additional ailments later, I'm so happy I went to the gym that night. Dr. Gabe has helped relieve me of pain for all of my various ailments, including the upper back issue. He is also genuinely a nice guy who takes the time out to get to know his patients. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor and if you don't live in Manhattan, make the trip to see him. It's worth it. read more

I've been experiencing a problem for over a year. I've been thru injections, nerve blocks & 2 rounds of PT, all with no significant improvement. My pain specialist told me I'm a "complicated" case & if I got 50% improvement, that would be a lot. A friend told me to try a chiropractor & another friend recommended Dr Gabe. He's been treating me for about 2 months & it's been slow, but I'm seeing great improvement. I've been living in pain for the past year & now I'm actually experiencing short times in no pain and the severity has gone down to discomfort on many days. Dr Gabe takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I'm confident, with continued care, I'll be pain free (or as close as I can get), in a reasonable time. read more

I have been going to Dr Gabe for the past 2 months and have noticed a significant improvement in the pain level and mobility of my upper back and neck. He takes a holistic approach to the treatment with a combination of adjustments, stretching, exercising, and informative explanations. He also suggested implementing graston therapy, which only after two sessions, had increased the mobility and relieved much pressure in the aforementioned areas. In addition to the care, Dr Gabe is both very professional and easy to talk with and has a very nice office staff. Highly recommend! read more

Dr. Gabe is the best. He is so knowledgable that I I know I'm in good hands (literally) and have never had anything less than a great experience. He works with any issue I have and is always very friendly and good at explaining what he is doing and why. His office is also easy to communicate with and make appointments that are convenient for me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for chiropractic care, your spine will thank you! read more

I went in for some minor lower back pain for some adjustment and Dr. Nadel has been nothing but informative and educational - while maintaining a refreshing brevity - in my treatment. Most importantly, he is open and responsive, more than willing to discuss my treatment plan to suit my needs and still get me the care I needed. Highly recommended if you need treatment or simply wish to get a consultation. read more

Dr. Nadel is very attentive to your needs and cares for his patients with the time ad attention they need.

No wonder he had immediate availability. All I wanted was an adjustment. While waiting he made me watch a stupid video explaining chiropractic care on an ipad. I know what I chiropractor does! He then met me for an hour (which I had to pay for), took an hour of my time, all to tell me to go get x rays. I went and got x rays and he proceeded with a treatment plan complete with a stupid folder that was an insult to my intelligence. The folder and Dr. Nadel went over the same useless information that the video did. Yes, I know what a chiropractor does, I do not need a pamphlet on it, please just crack me!!!! He told me I would have to come twice a week for months and months to fix my condition. I asked if he could crack my neck too during my second visit and he said I would have to come back for another full assessment if I wanted that cracked. If everything in the spine is connected, why didnt you check out my neck during the first assessment. After this I still was going to give him a shot until I started changing my appointment time and he was incredibly rude in emails. His service is a scam to get you to come in and pay for visits unnecessarily. I am very frustrated I wasted time with him. read more
