I called back afterward to say I was unhappy with the lack of empathy shown. I then got an email from Terance that was terse and succinct: "sounds good" then "sent from my iphone". He did not acknowledge my complaint. I then asked if I could deal with another agent as I was unhappy with his attitude, and got a response back that said "My applauses". I think he meant apologies but who knows? This took three days while my dad's body lay in the morgue. He didn't answer my question about whether or not it was too late to go with a different company. Luckily I hadn't signed anything and went with a different funeral home. I am still shocked at how abysmally I was treated at one of the worst times in my life.

It's great to be able to connect to a business via text, as we were able to converse about a convenient time and she was expecting my call. She was helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about customer service. It was clear that she cared, and quickly walked me through some remote troubleshooting I did while on the phone. In no time at all, she was able to isolate the problem down to a breaker switch that was turned off, and the electrical issue that I thought I was having was resolved. Julie then went on to answer a few of my questions including: explaining some guidelines to look for when considering the purchase of a new appliance, reliable brands, etc. Very informative and patient. Awesome. Overall, what I found most impressive was how she helped me troubleshoot before rolling a service call. She saved me money, fixed the issue immediately, and earned a lifetime customer for being honest. Thanks, Julie and the rest of the team at Tony's Repair Medic Appliance Services!
