Right after I purchased a membership, I drove through the wash and at the end, I turned left toward the vacuums and my back tire on the driver's side got caught on something. As I accelerated it made a noise so I pulled over in the lot and my back tire was flat. Because it was Labor day weekend, it took forever to get my tire changed. After Labor day , I went to Les schwab for a new tire and was told I had to buy 4 new tires because my car is all wheel drive. It costs me $650.! Recently, I went by the carwash and saw they had traffic cones around the place where I hit the piece sticking out that popped my tire. They have a sign at the end of the wash that says "no left turn" by the sidewalk, made me think it ment no left turn on the road since there's a double yellow line. I turned out of the wash to go to vacuum my truck out and sliced my rear tire from the rim to the ground. When I told the attendant he replied that's why the cones are there and the sign saying no left turn, can I call Les Swabs for you. This carwash is better than the Everclean on Washburn but this did give me a scare. It probably wasn't the carwash's fault but because my car is a manual transmission, they had to stop the whole operation and knock on my wet and soapy window to ask if I was indeed in neutral. I was, but I could also feel the conveyor belt underneath struggling and vibrating. No damage to my car or the carwash. The wipe at the end of the wash is actually tremendously helpful. read more

Asked that the steps on my pickup be rinsed off. they did drivers side but not passenger side.. $16 and bugs still on windshield, and manure still on sides. Don't waste your money here. Drove into town and absolutely needed to wash our car. Paid for level two wash and was pleased until we saw that most of the dead bugs on the front grill of car did not wash off. Went to office and was treated with great customer service . We did not pay for bug removal scrub ! They offered to run the car Thru the wash again for free but we insisted on paying the $2 for the bug scrub . Then you get three tokens to use for vacuum. What a deal. I have been going to this car wash for a very long time. Today was the worst service and results I have had at any car wash. Two young men handling the business. #1 is spraying the cars and putting them through the wash. The #2 young man is walking from each vehicle, taking the money, going into the office to run the card or make change. Then he goes to the next vehicle and does the same. With a line of 5 cars or so, he is spending ALL of his time walking back and forth...and back and forth...while #1 young man sprays the grill, left side of the vehicle and maybe the back. I asked for the wash that would include the extra bug prep because I had bug and bird poop on my windshield. I was told "they all come with bug prep". hmmmm...I used to pay an additional $2.00 for this service. I paid for the ultimate wash, $16.00. After the wash there was still bird poop on my windshield! I pulled around to the end of the line and spoke to the money runner, #2. I pointed out the bird poop and that no one sprayed or used a brush on my vehicle. I was told, "we don't do that anymore". He did say they would run me through the wash again...which they did, exactly as before. Guess what? I STILL have bird poop on my windshield! With groceries in the car, fuming, I went home and decided to write a review. Oh well, there's other car wash places in town. read more

I asked to cancel the no the monthly service and asked the name of the employee that said yea I'll cancel it when It's time for it to get charged (she never looked at my account or asked which od The 3 cars to cancel and they are all different dates). Some hard object in their brushes - totally destroyed the paint job on my van. Chips out of the paint everywhere - all the way down to the metal. The front was especially bad, but chips all the way down both sides. Frame next to windshield hammered. I saw it immediately and called the attendant over. She promised the manager would call me. No calls, and they don't answer their phone. Their name isn't properly registered with the State (they use a variation of wording), so it took extra time to track down the people who own this place. I guess I'm going to have to sue them in small claims to force them to pay for the repairs. Only go here if you want to destroy your paint job. read more

I went to everclean carwash today spent $10 on a deluxe carwash, I went through the car wash and got out to dry the car off and found the front of my car still covered with bugs. I pulled around and asked them if they could spray the bugs off and they said it would be an extra two dollars for bug removal. I think if you live in Klamath with all the midges 95% of the people that get their cars washed it's because of the bugs. The $10 should include a simple spray off of your bugs. read more

I just paid $14 for some kids to half ass scrub my car and send it through the machine. Deal includes a dry off too and the machine definitely DOES NOT dry your vehicle As you can see in the photo. I have water spots everywhere. NOT TO MENTION MY GRILL IS STILL COVERED IN BUGS. If you're looking for a half ass job, good luck, but This place is the biggest joke of a car wash ever. I had my car interior detailed here a few weeks ago and it was just a mediocre experience. I had seen the sign a few times for interior detail for $20, and the inside of my car was dusty and dirty, so I decided to give them a try. I pulled up and no one came out to help me, so I had to go inside to ask a guy if he would be able to detail my car. He said, "Sure, no problem!" and got his co-worker to come out and help. I asked if I needed to move anything and they said they would work around it, so I gave them the keys to my car and let them have at it! Within about 20 minutes my car was all done and ready to go. I really think the customer service was great! There were no problems there! The two young men were nice and courteous, and eager to help. My real problem is with the quality of their work. The inside of my windows that they washed are all streaky. Some of my dash they didn't clean. Parts of my car they obviously didn't vacuum. I found a Cheeto wedged between the passenger seat and emergency brake! They also left one of their cleaning rags in the back seat. But they did a great job cleaning my navigation system, which was sticky with fingerprints and smears, and vacuuming the rest of my car. Maybe they had to rush at the end because a minivan pulled up for a car wash. I don't know if I'll come back here. $20 seems an awful lot for mediocre work. In the future I might just buck up and pay an extra $10 to get my interior detailed somewhere else. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! My grandma Went through about 3 weeks ago and something damaged the car and the entenna. Immediately went in and they said it wasn't their fault it couldn't have happened called her a liar, finally was able to fill out a incident report and was told the manager would contact her. After several phone calls and them avoiding it, the manager contacted her and said they weren't going to fix it, it wasn't their problem because it couldn't have happened there and hasn't ever happened to them which if you read any Google reviews is false. I just left this car wash for the last time. I have never asked to get a car rewashed, but today I did. As I again drove around to the entrance the manager headed me off and told me that I only paid for a basic wash, and if I wanted the grill to be clean I should have paid more. And if I wanted the February bugs off the windshield I should have paid more. I was like you're kidding right. He wasn't. The manager made me feel guilty for wanting a clean car after paying for a car wash that they said would remove the bugs. All I wanted was a rewash, but this guy wanted me to exchange my integrity for it. There was never an I'm sorry, or let us fix this for you. There was just an attitude of me wanting something unreasonable (a clean car). I left without getting a rewash, but decided to go back and get a refund. I was refunded the money, but still never received any kind of acknowledgment that they cared one bit about the poor service they serve up. Best CarWash Ever! I splurged and bought the 12.00 detailed wash and was shocked at how clean my car was. It has a wax and full car Rainex treatment. My car literally glowed like a new car and it's a 2006. And my custom chrome rims were cleaned well. The water just beads up and sheets off of my windshield when it rained that day. I've never had a detail here, but the vacuums work fine, and the wash gets my car nice and clean. Nobody dries your car, so if you don't want to drive away dripping wet (and risk streaks), bring a towel and do it yourself. Perfectly fine for $6. My only complaint is I used to drive a lowered vehicle and the rails for the car wash are a little high. But essentially, my fault for driving a lowered car. Overall awesome experience. When I got out of the carwash I had oil all over my car and windows I couldn't see to drive the guy that dries your car at the end had to clean my window enough so I see to go through the wash again he also told me they were having a problem with the hydraulics' (so why did they let me go through the first time), the truck in front of me had the same problem. the second time through did not help so they sent me over to the other wash on Washburn and I had to go through that one two more times to get the oil off my car. I was lazy one day and decided to do the interior detail and the deluxe car wash to the tune of $30. I was told that an appointment was not necessary, but that I would have to come back in 15 minutes because they were expecting someone???? I came back the next day and the staff was friendly and quick, 15 minutes total to do the interior detail. The detail was mediocre, definitely not worth $20 plus the $10 tip I gave the detailer. The carpets were not completely vaccuumed and floormats were not moved or removed to vaccuum. The console and dash were well cleaned, but windows were only partially cleaned. Car washes there are never wonderful. If you have parked under a tree, you will most probably have bird residue left after the wash, as I have several times. Great place for a quicky wash, but I won't be back when my car is very dirty or when I need an interior detail. read more

I wish you guys would have used car wash mitts instead of those broom looking scrubbers you use. They're made of wood and are damaging! You scratched up my car badly. I had an interior detail done on my mini van. This was the worse "detailing" I have ever seen. They didn't clean anything, but just pushed dirty for one area to another. The vacuuming was so-so, the windshield was so badly streaked that I had to clean it again and again just so that I could see. I contacted the company via email, but they never responded.
