We rented Base Camp for an over night lock in for a high school girls basketball program's team…read morebonding event. Setting it all up was so easy! They were quick and responsive and everything was all planned via email which made things so convenient! They were straightforward about what to bring for the lock in. The night of, the girls had fun! Lots of space to run and around and be teenagers. All the girls had games the next day, so they came in and all said something about the temperature, some were too hot and some were too cold. One common thing was if they just had blankets on the floor, they were cold. The other minor thing that could be improved - online waivers. I had to manage all the parent waivers. Overall, a great experience! When we went there was only rock climbing and archery available - that said they got their fill of those activities, so we probably would not do it again next year.

Then after going to corporate, I talked to my local director who was the suspect/subject in my complaint and she immediately kicked my kid out of the daycare due to her own actions that I was complaining about. This is called retribution for filing a complaint. It's very illegal. I would gladly remove my review if corporate would accept to admit some fault or cover my damages. Corporate has tried to gaslight me and act like there isn't or wasn't an issue. They are fully aware of what happened.
