It's clear they genuinely care about each child and create a nurturing environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun. We've been impressed with the teachers, the engaging curriculum, and how much our child has developed socially, emotionally, and academically. Every day our child comes home excited to tell us about what they learned, and it's reassuring to know they're in such caring and capable hands while we're at work. The school is clean, organized, and the staff consistently go above and beyond. We recommend The Gardner School of Eagan to any family looking for a safe, caring, and high-quality early childhood program. We are so grateful for everything they do!

TLDR: We loved The Gardner School in Eagan so much that our…read moresecond child is now enrolled there. The staff are warm, communicative, and genuinely devoted -- many have worked there for years and even send their own kids here. The curriculum is top-notch, with TGS kids regularly entering kindergarten ahead of their peers. On top of that, the events they host are truly one of a kind -- from a Raptor Center visit and ice cream socials to singing and dancing with the Little Mermaid, and even parent night out caretaking during the holidays. There's never a dull moment at TGS. Our older child made his best friend here and still misses it. Now our infant is thriving in their baby class. The staff here are truly the village you're looking for. Having our second child at The Gardner School in Eagan says it all. When our first started at Gardner at age three -- after coming from Everbrook in Woodbury -- we were nervous about whether he'd adapt to a new school, new friends, and new teachers. Would we find people who truly cared for our child the way we do? The answer was yes, immediately. The staff made us feel welcome from day one, kept us updated with photos and comments throughout the day, and loved our little one like their own. From the cook to the leadership team, everyone is warm and approachable. What really stands out is the stability and dedication of the staff -- many have been there for years, and some even send their own children here. The curriculum is excellent, and we've heard from friends that TGS kids consistently enter public kindergarten well ahead of their peers in reading, math, and more. The annual performances are a wonderful touch too, giving kids real experience being comfortable in front of a large audience. The events TGS hosts are truly one of a kind. From Raptor Center visits and ice cream socials to singing and dancing with the Little Mermaid, and parent night out caretaking during the holidays -- there is never a dull moment. These experiences make learning fun and give kids memories they'll carry with them long after they've moved on. Our older child found his best friend at TGS and still lights up every time he visits. He regularly tells us he wishes he could go back. Now our second is in the infant class and thriving -- the daily photo updates and evening recaps give us such peace of mind. The staff here truly are the village you're looking for.

I knew my 10 year old would really like it, but I was surprised how much our eight year old liked it. I asked him he would like to go again, he said absolutely. They made soap, made and painted sculptures, worked with clay, water colors, drawings and collages, paper flowers, woven llamas and even had a llama visit and had ice cream at the neighboring parlor. I asked what our son would like others to know, and he said: you may not make what I made, but you'll get to do something awesome. Mrs Ross knows how to run a classroom too. I HIGHLY recommend art camps and sessions with Mrs Ross.

We had wonderful experiences with a birthday party and 2-day winter break camp here for our 2 kids…read moreand were very excited to attend their summer camps. This ended up being a huge disappointment. One of our kids is neurodivergent, and we explained this fully, including his triggers and medications, in the pre-camp questionnaire. Mid-day Thursday of his camp week we got a call that he had to be picked up due to pulling another camper off a stool. Let me be clear: it was NOT okay for our child to act out physically against anyone and or was completely reasonable for Snapology to have us take him home because of this. The behavior needed to have a consequence and be dealt with for everyone's safety. The issue is when I arrived to pick my child up. The woman who spoke to me was very judgmental, and said that when our child had had challenges and been disregulated "before this" they'd been able to "handle it," but this was too much. I was frustrated and asked about the previous issues. I told her we had not been informed about any previous disregulation or conflict. When I explained that had we known about any issues we could have worked with our child to help understand the situation, discuss and set him up for better choices, and be clear in advance about the consequences if his behavior didn't improve. I was told that they would now tell their staff that was important. Nonetheless, this woman called us later that night and told us she'd spoken to the owner and our child was not welcome back for the final day of camp (with a big project he was looking forward to). The owner himself has never contacted us. Again, I am in no way saying it was acceptable for our child to hurt anyone. It was not. I feel awful that another child suffered because of something our child did. Snapology and its staff, however, did not give us the information or opportunity to work, either on our own or with them, to prevent smaller issues from escalating. We also did not have a chance to follow through on showing our child how to take responsibility for his actions. Had we had the chance, we would have worked with him to write an apology to the other child, apologize in person, and do (more than we already do) serious talking through how to handle frustrations and never hurting anyone else. We also would have tried to connect with the other child's parents. Instead, the owner banned our child without even speaking to us. We won't be returning to Snapology. If you offer summer camps, ask registering parents about kids' medical and emotional needs, and accept those kids into camp you should be prepared to support and communicate about those kids. Everyone could have been safer and had a better experience if Snapology had performed these basic tasks.
