They apparently don't know how to use a weed eater, because the edges along the inside of my wooden privacy fence were never trimmed. The owner or manager, whatever he is, Robert, is rude and condescending. I just cancelled after only having used them for two months. They have low rates, but I guess you get what you pay for.

They pulled out shrubs that needed to be removed or replaced. They've created front beds that bring lots of color to the front of our house. Our home becomes a jungle during the growing season and they help me manage the tall palms & trees. We recently had our home power washed, painted and had a new roof & gutters installed. We lost three ixoras in front of our house, it looked terrible. Javier came, made a plan to fill in the missing holes in our garden and came back within the hour with lots of beautiful new flowering plants. They do not take care of their customers or their yards. They do a horrible rush job and leave with the yard looking unfinished. No pride in the work they do. Just cut as fast as they can and leave. The guy with the limp that rides the lawn mower is the main culprit. I've watched them ignore the trees and bushes that need work and leave their grass clippings and their filth everywhere. DO BETTER!!! Don't bring your low-quality service to nice neighborhoods. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would! Leave these undesirables for the undesirables... There are plenty of other landscaping businesses that do great work! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

Literally in minutes before he picked the mulch up, I asked if I could change my mind.. he willingly changed the order...Lesson learned.. LISTEN to Nick!
