I explained my situation calmly and clearly, but she offered no solution or compassion. Even worse, the manager showed the same lack of professionalism and refused to make things right. I was essentially told, "Too bad, nothing we can do." This is not how you treat customers, especially brides and mother of the bride going through emotional and often stressful situations. They are happy to take your money but absolutely unwilling to work with you if things change or go wrong. $400 is a lot of money to just throw away for nothing. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that treats you with respect, explains their policies clearly, and understands the importance of customer service - especially when it comes to something as important as a wedding dress.
