My measurements were taken, but my dress and all the other bridesmaid dresses were not ordered to be tailored to the measurements taken because the dresses came back really big. Every one of us had to have extreme alterations done causing them another two hundred plus dollars because what was ordered was not tailored to the measurements taken. The store did not try to come up with another solution for customer satisfaction but instead just said it's your loss basically! read more

Came here with my girlfriends, including the bride-to-be, to try on dresses. We all are of different body types so we had tried on MANY to find one we can all agree on. I absolutely love all the variety! So interesting how this one small boutique can carry that many! We had a 6pm appointment and an hour to try on dresses and deliberate. I forgot her name, I'm so sorry, but she was very helpful and patient with all of us! We finally narrowed it down to the final three and we came down to one we all agreed on after one of our friends tried them on again. It was only us 4 bridesmaids out of 8. Two of the locals couldn't make it and two are from out of town. The beauty of Bella is that there are other locations at the main cities (one of our bridesmaids is in NYC and the other in Chicago) so they can try on the dresses too! They made us an online "showroom" which is basically a profile of our dresses and their details/prices/measurements so we can all be on the same page. That's honestly really convenient! Also to add, they have a group discount which helped she'd like $20-30 off our dresses. Had a fun experience here with the girls and hopefully we all decide on a dress soon! read more

There are a lot of things to choose when planning a wedding and picking bridesmaids dresses wasn't something I was looking forward to. After being a bridesmaid myself a few times, I knew that I preferred more specific direction rather than being able to pick whatever we wanted. I also knew Bella Bridesmaids had lots of options! With my bridesmaids scattered across the country, what appealed to me most was that my girls could go to the Bella shop nearest them to try on my picks and decide which style appealed to them most. From there, they told me what they wanted and I placed the entire order with this local store to get the best deal. With so many dresses in their catalog, they often don't have the exact right size for you to try on which isn't ideal, but they'll measure you and compare to the size chart to decide which is best. It's by appointment only which works to your favor because you have the staff's attention when you're there. I went by myself and they were so patient showing me a variety of dresses at different price points. I tried them on and they took plenty of pictures for me! It was super comfortable and I was really happy with how everything turned out. Overall, the experience was pretty stress free which is so appreciated amid the wedding planning whirlwind! read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The customer service at this establishment is not up to par for a bridesmaids store in coral gables. I am leaving this review purely due to the horrible customer service and so that management is aware. (For reference, I tried on Amsale dresses at the main store in New York and have no issue with the clothing, but I have an issue with the rude way that I was treated.) On Friday, July 19th at noon, my sister, mom and grandmothers were on route to the store in order to stop by and see a few of the selections, completely aware of the fact that we must book an appointment in advance. I rang the store a few times and did not receive an answer, yet we attempted to go anyways. Issue #1: We could not find the store! My grandmother has had double knee surgery and, since the store was not being responsive over the phone, we were left to our own accord walking around the building in order to try to locate the store. Issue #2: The woman at the store was very rude and condescending! After I finally found the shop, I tried to walk in only to find that the shop was closed. A woman finally popped up and propped the door open with her foot only to tell me that they were "Closed for the day" and they're "by appointment only. Funny part is.... if was NOON!! I understand that your business model is by appointment only, but if you have a group of potential customers AT YOUR DOORSTEP and you have no customers for the rest of the day... it's completely absurd to not even let us walk in and see the collection! What's more, I asked the rude woman if there were any openings on Saturday, since we were only here for this weekend, and she immediately interrupted me and said "we're completely booked". Coming from a family of business owners, this is NOT a way to treat a customer! Turning away business at the door when your store is completely empty is ridiculous! Even if we wouldn't have bought a dress that day and tried it on, we would have come back if we had been treated nicely. NOT ANYMORE! I will definitely not be a customer at this establishment and I suggest you avoid at all cost, unless you want to have more stress before your big day. To the management team: double check who you're employing - im sure YOU would never turn down a client or business at the door. read more

The worst. Do not go here. So, I called first and asked if they had the dress and made plans to come try it on. I explained on the phone that I'm in fl and the bride is in CT. I said I needed to try on 2 dresses size 0 and they took my appointment. I went there and as I walk in a lady, blond hair shoulder length a little heavier set, starts to tell me the bride should register. I clearly have no say over the bride and explain this. This lady explains I have to buy the dress through them or they charge a fee. I explain, no problem, I just don't know what dress I want yet - which is why I'm there to try them on! I only have 2 to choose from. This woman, with attitude, hands me the dresses in a size 10. Like first what did I call for. Second, I kept saying I'd order it with them and after so much attitude and just a horrible way of explaining this- I just said I don't even want to try on anything. Why would I try on a size 10 dress when I'm a 0? This is why I called! Then she said she can measure me. Back to the convo about where I buy the dress. Worst customer service and no way I'd have her touch me after that!!!! Also jenny yoo is true to size unless you have huge boobs so don't waste your time here!! Her "this is not a macys" comment tells me she clearly has no control and shouldn't be representing this store or Jenny yoo as a brand. Awful woman awful process read more

Wow! I feel so deceived. When I first made my appointment in January 2020 for my sister's wedding (was suppose to be May 2020), they were extremely helpful. Told me what designers to stick with so I'd get my dress on time. Unfortunately, I believe they ordered me the wrong size, because Never in my life have I ever been a size 0, nor would I allow someone to order me a size 0. I obviously misplaced my paper receipt, so even if they told me they ordered this size, they convinced me it would be fine and we can adjust as needed (i assume, idk a lot has happened in 2 years). Fast forward, because of covid and limited store hours, my husband picked up the dress for me and I did not try it on, and it sat in my closet for months. As the wedding is approaching, I tried on the dress and it obviously does not fit. I did not Gain weight in my chest area so there was a mistake made. At first, when I reached out to them, they were helpful in giving me seamstresses names and told me they could order me more fabric. A few weeks later, radio silence. I called and emailed and left voice mails. Finally someone called me back (and sounded pretty annoyed in my opinion), and told me it could take weeks to get the fabric in. This is 3 weeks later i spoke to her, send emails and more phone calls and still cannot get in touch. I even went in person one day at 2 pm and the store was closed. I get they run by appointments but how am I suppose to even make an appointment ?! Anyway, really praying I can even wear this dress at this point but have never been so disappointed in a store in my life. read more

They cancelled my appointment an hour in advance! I flew in from out of state for my bridesmaid fittings and they cancelled an hour in advance! Unbelievable! They sent me an email the day before confirming with nothing requesting me to respond to the email. She sent me a text hours before the appointment asking me to respond and I responded "yes" and she texts back that there was "family business" to tend to. Surely Christmas shopping. This is poor business practice and very ghetto. Do not trust these people! So many other bridal shops to choose from. read more

To begin this review, it is important to state that I am not one to write reviews but I had to for this horrible experience. If I could give this 0 stars my oh my I would. Walking in to the store, the dresses are beautiful and so is the place, but that's about it. The girls there promise you everything, they tell you the dress can be strapless (the one i picked) and when we received the dress they are asking me if im trying to change the style of the dress. I wish that were it. 7/10 of my bridesmaids got fitted at the store and were given a size "recommendation" (that they state was only a recommendation and we could have gotten any size after the fact that the dresses were 3-4 sizes bigger). I picked the dress because I loved how it looked on my bridesmaid when they fitted her at the store. When the dress came, looking like a completely different dress. We called and told them, sent them pictures and as a response we got what was mentioned earlier. Was i trying to make the dress tighter? Changing the style? No Bella Bridesmaid, the reason why I came and picked a dress at your store was to have a clear idea of what the dress would look like. Also, they tell you all the beautiful things you want to hear just to make sure you buy from them. They tell you that they do alterations and everything. I was there with my mom and bridesmaid and we all left confident that this was a one stop place. After, we found out that they refer you to a tailor. If you want to have beautiful bridesmaids dresses with less hassle, you definitely do not want to come here. They'll have so many excuses to give you and zero solutions to offer. read more

I had an appointment yesterday with my fellow bridesmaid at 2pm. when we got there on time we had to wait after 2 for another party to leave. when we both started trying on dresses, the lady helping was rushing us and was not very friendly. she told us that she had a doctors appointment that she had to get to by 3 pm so we were kicked out of our appointment after we scheduled time. so we only got to try on dresses for 45 minutes and were rushed about taking measurements. also being our first time with this establishment and trying on dresses for my sisters wedding, it was not enjoyable nor worth the hour that it took to get there to be rushed out. I will not be going back to this location, very unprofessional and a way to loose business fast. I would give this 0 stars if it was possible. I do not recommend, stay away from the miami location if you want to be disrespected for your time and energy of finding a bridesmaid dress. read more
