Perfect place to do it all! Came here for my second store of trying on dresses and after showing my sales associate one or two pictures, she put me in a dress that ended up being the one! Well below my budget too! We tried in 5-6 more but I kept going back to the first one. The sales associate was so friendly, fast and efficient and didn't make me feel pressured at all. I was an out of town bride and everything with my dress was perfect thanks to the communication and professionalism for Alegrias. read more

Run don't walk, come to this bridal shop if you want the most unique bridal dresses in Miami! First of all, I love that all the dresses are out in display and it allows you to "shop" yourself. Also the shop itself is not too large so it is not overwhelming. But do not worry about the lack of variety every dress is unique. They also do so many customizations! I ended up choosing a fit and flare dress with an over skirt from another dress that was perfectly customized for my dress! Also the alterations process was smooth and easy to schedule. No hiccups at all but I also only needed minor modifications like the hem, sleeves and bustle. They also offer wedding gown preservation which will be my next step! read more

WOW! This place is everything you can ask for if you're getting married. I went to a few spots on the coral gables area, and let me tell you the best service by far was here. I felt so at home here, the service from the beginning was amazing. Anything you want they can do. They bring out as many dresses as you'd like to try on, they help you put them on, if you don't like something they alter it until you're happy. I'm so glad I picked Alegrias bridal. My mom even bought her dress here after seeing how good these people are. And the selection of dresses is also amazing. read more

I have never felt so unwelcomed in my life. As a bride searching for her perfect dress down the mile, I popped into Alegria's out of curiosity on a Tuesday afternoon with my mother. Within minutes we both felt unwelcomed by the man behind the counter. I simply wanted to browse and when I told him the two styles I liked, he scoffed at me. Mind you, this was day three of searching and my fourth bridal shop of the day. Not once throughout the day had a sales associate been rude to my mother and me. Communication is clearly a lost cause here. The young lady that attempted to assist me didn't understand the look and feel of the dress I wanted. I asked her to make sure the dress was 1) Not strapless 2) Not white. Long story short, I wasn't allowed to browse the store and choose what I wanted to try on. I was given 3-4 dresses and each worse than the next. An art deco dress for a mountaintop wedding, really? When I said it was a nice dress for a cocktail party the young lady's face fell flat. Later when asked why I didn't like any of them my answer was simple, everything was very, very white and each style pulled was against everything I described I wanted. Little did they know I was making a decision THAT day. After my poor experience here, I was 100x more sure that the dress I tried on at the first store of the day was the one. Would I recommend Alegria's to a friend? No way. There a plenty of other shops on Miracle Mile that will make your bridal experience a pleasant one. read more

I am kind of shocked from reading the reviews other have had after my experienced at Algeria's. I literally have nothing but positive things to say about this Bridal shop. I walked into Alegrias without an appointment and wanted to browse some dresses to see if the style that I had in mind would be what I wanted. My consultant, Kelly, immediately greeted me and fit me into the schedule. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her that I liked a few styles, but was also open to suggestions. I was able to browse and pick whichever dresses I wanted to try on along with her choices. The dressing rooms are spacious and covered in mirrors. Kelly asked me if I would try on a dress she had picked and I ended up falling in love with it and choosing it. Since my wedding is going to be at night they have dimmers in the dressing rooms and I was able to see my dress in a "candlelight" like setting. They will not let you take pictures until you buy the dress but that didn't bother me much. I have never had an issue with making an appointment and everyone that I have been helped by was very sweet. I would have never looked for the type of dress that I ended up buying if Kelly wouldn't have suggested trying it on. I had a wonderful experience and had so much fun finding my dress here!! read more

1 star for service and 2 stars for their selection. Really 1.5 stars. I went with a friend who was searching for her perfect wedding dress. She already did some research and knew which dresses she wanted to try on based on their website. Unfortunately, they did not have all of those dresses in store. That's understandable but frustrating. I also think the lady could have given better recommendations or alternatives and we would have been a little more satisfied. But it felt like she didn't really want us to be there long despite our appointment. My friend tried on 3 dresses. She was never offered shoes or a corset to use while trying the dresses on. She also offered no assistance. Icing on the cake was she came into the dressing room and said we need the space and cut the dressing room in half with a curtain. Then, with attitude she pressured my friend into making a decision and tell her which one she liked so she can right it down. We didn't have choices, we didn't have the time to take a look at the dresses thoroughly and she wanted us to be done already. On top of that, they have a no picture policy. My friend already knew she wouldn't be buying a dress from here, because there was no way she would remember how the dresses looked or be able to get second opinions. Besides, the service and stores appearance was atrotious. This is supposed to be a special experience. When you have appointments at bridal shops you are usually catered to and made to feel important. They simply did not deliver. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I will make sure to remember not to come here for my wedding dress. read more

My sister is getting married in March so we decided last weekend to start her wedding dress search. I was not exactly sure what to expect and thought for sure that she would be trying on tons of dresses until we found "the one" Alegria was our first appointment out of a total of four separate places. The service was outstanding, the lady that helped my sister was Raquel and she was absolutely amazing, she listened to what my sister wanted and wasn't pushy in the slightest. After trying on dress number three we decided to take a walk so my sister could think about it... within an hour we were back buying the dress. Raquel and the managers at Alegria helped to make wedding dress shopping an unforgettable and happy experience. I highly recommend it. read more

I've been to this store twice. Once for myself and once for my friend The first time I went I was shopping around and not interested in buying anything. The lady that took care of me was very nice and pulled as many dresses as I wanted to try on. When I went with my friend the same lady took care of us and she was just as sweet and attentive as the first time. She pulled as many dresses as my friend wanted to try on. The reason I give such low rating is not because of the costumer service. But because of the pathetic rules they have. No picture are allowed and they'll actually tell you something. With my friend I really didn't give a crap and still took pictures. My friend called to get info about the two gowns she liked and they refused to give it to her. Which is pretty ridiculous. If they think giving info is gonna make them loose sales they are in for a surprise. Being so uptight and pathetic will make them loose sales. Their gowns are pretty and the price is great. But if I'm gonna pay a car down payment on a dress I want to take as many pictures as I want and obsesses over it online if I feel like it. Unfortunately for them I ended up getting a dress elsewhere. And my friend found the gown she loved online. They lost two sales. If you are looking for a fun and relaxing experience don't go there. There are many options on miracle mile that will treat you the way you deserve when spending that amount of money. read more

Buying a wedding dress besides being a stressful decision is a happy moment you want to share with your parents and family if they can't be present My cousin went in there and she had a dress on as I took a picture the manager literally started screaming at us for taking pictures, we explain that her parents were out of town and they were paying for the dress, she didn't care she took the dress off my cousin and told us not pictures allow, didn't even offer the opportunity to maybe change our minds about picture or try any dresses on By far the worst experience, do yourself a favor and don't shop at this place, we felt like we got thrown out with no chance of explanation, as my cousin was almost in tears on her happy wedding dress shopping experience that got ruined by this people By far the worse place ever read more

The attentiveness of the consultant and the women helping her were really awesome. They were open to hearing what I wanted, but also encouraged me to think outside the box, and I'm glad they did. I did go in here with an appointment, just FYI. The biggest cons here are echoed by other commenters, which are they don't allow you to take photos, nor do they tell you who the designer is or what 'style' # it is. A lot of women probably go in there, try on a designer dress and then just send the measurements to some Chinese dress maker - so this is meant to prevent that I imagine. But I don't like the practice. I've got a pretty sharp photographic memory, and actually took the time to peruse each and every designer's website that they claim they carry on their own website...and the dress was nowhere to be found. So that means it's either a dress from a few collections back, or it's some off-designer dress that's not mentioned on their website. Either way, I'm not dropping $2k on something I can't research before purchasing. They've been around forever, so they're obviously doing something right, and women like me who are irritated at the designer hide-and-seek practice are apparently the minority. read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR BRIDAL GOWN. Your shopping experience should be fun and pleasurable from beginning to end. The main reason I visited this store was because of the variety of designers its website claimed to carry; after my experience I do not know this to be true. I was trying to make a decision on a dress to buy and I asked for the designer name and I was told I could not have it until I ordered my dress. This is the only bridal shop I visited where you are not allowed to take pictures of the dress. The staff was nice and I can understand the no picture policy but I can not understand not being able to share the name of the designer of the dress you plan to buy.The response as to why they can not share the designer name was just that they could not and it seems from other reviews that this is a HUGE TURNOFF in shopping here. Aside from the venue and bands, the dress may be the next big investment a bride makes (surely the most important). Please treat every bride that comes in as if they will be making a purchase that day. Your store is in a high competitive street for bridal gowns. If I was the owner, I would want my team to do everything possible to ensure the bride buys their dress at my store. All I wanted to know was what I was investing my money on. read more

They squeezed me in as a walk-in. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but my consultant, Lourdes, pulled a few dresses based on a few guidelines I gave her. She was professional, sweet, and not pushy at all. I do wish they would tell you the dress designer so you can be sure of what you're getting, and not being able to take pictures makes it hard to compare dresses. They encouraged us to look through the racks, and they have some beautiful dresses. Ask for Lourdes! read more

My mom and I were walking down Miracle Mile looking for wedding dresses and decided to walk in. The service was great (at first). They were very helpful and allowed me to try dresses on even though I did not have an appointment. I tried on a beautiful dress and fell in love with it. My mom also loved the dress. However, we were torn between that dress and another dress I had tried on in another store. We wanted to take pictures to be able to compare and see which one photographs better. (Let be honest, the one thing you keep from your wedding are the pictures!) Well, the lady told me I couldnt take a picture. I told her we understood and asked her for the designer and model number, so that I could do some research online. They refused to give me the designer and/or model number. They said they would only tell me once I bought the dress! Thats ridiculous! This is the dress im going to wear the most important day of my life! I needed to go home and think about it and be able to look at pictures and compare. I LOVED the dress, but the service was so bad that I decided against the dress. read more

The women who assisted me with finding a dress were very nice and helpful. However I was not happy with their policy. This was the first bridal store i went to where they did not allow you take photos of the dress and to top it off they wont tell you who designed the dress. Needless to say that was a huge bummer for me. Some of my family couldn't make it to the appointment which is why pictures are important to me. read more

This was my first dress shopping experience, but the store was the second that I had visited that day. Upon walking in, I felt like I was in a cheap dress boutique in Brooklyn, NY. The service was outstanding so I was very optimistic. Though, the quality of the dresses were not that great. I was suspect about the authenticity of the dresses and the fact that all designer tags are removed from the dresses did not help my suspicions. The materials were not luxury and the tulle or organza gowns made a lot of noise when I walked since the fabric was so stiff. They claim that they carry designer gowns, but are not willing to share who the designer is until you purchase. I decided to look elsewhere and potentially consider purchasing my reception gown since the prices were so low. I would not buy my ceremony gown here. This is my opinion. If I were to be on a more restricted budget, I would consider purchasing my gown here versus David's Bridal or Alfred Angelo. read more

Abraham and Kelly are the best! Great service and lovely wedding dresses collection. Good price range and option! Thank you!!!

I am also surprised by the comments on here. I went to this store on a whim looking for a dress for my renewal and was greeted by Kelly. She asked me what style I was looking for and we picked out probably 12-15 dresses to try on. She was extremely helpful and gave me time with each dress on and wasn't pushy or rushed me. I had a ton of questions and was all over the place. She listened what I had to say and end up getting my dress from her that day. I have gone to a few other places and the pricing here is unbeatable! Highly recommend giving this place a shoot. Doesn't look like much but they definitely have a ton of options. read more

Raquel was the best! She was so patient with me even though I came in on 3 separate times to try on dresses because I was so unsure, she did not pressure me into buying anything until I was completely sure. Which is not the case in David's bridal. She really listened to what I wanted and her suggestions were on point! My dress was everything I wanted and I would pick the same dress if I had to repeat my wedding! Very very pleased with this place. If you're shopping for your wedding dress, come here!! read more

Alegria's Brides - Bridal Near Me - Miami, Florida

I walked into this place without an appointment after the worst first experience I had at another Bridal store on the Mile. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff, was asked and tried on a couple of dresses, but I was in a hurry for my florist appointment. So they politely asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for another day, which I have. Can't wait to go now with more time to try on more dresses with my bridesmaids and make it the experience I thought it would be. Thank you for recognizing the Bride and having utmost customer service. This is what makes people want to come back to a business. I highly recommend this bridal stop to every bride! read more

My good girlfriend (who also bought her wedding dress here) invited me to her first fitting. Since I had plans to go dress shopping that same week with my mom, I made an appointment on a whim to "kill two birds with one stone" so to speak. I was not planning on buying my dress here since I had my eye on a different dress from another store. Funny how things just work out. Raquel was the associate that helped me and she was beyond wonderful! I only had to tell her my price point, what silhouette I had in mind and that it would be an evening wedding and she started picking out dresses left and right. Since it was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses, she even pulled some different fits and styles to see if I might like something different. I also loved that she included my mom in the process. Raquel even gave her free reign to pull dresses for me as well. She also gave some great suggestions for my veil. At first I though it was peculiar that they don't allow you to take pictures of the dresses before you make a purchase, but I found this to be the same at most bridal boutiques. I later found out that it's to protect the designers and the shops from people wanting to copy the designs and making a counterfeit. I ended up falling in love with the third dress I tried on. While I didn't end up purchasing that same day because I still had other dresses I wanted to try on, that dress became the one I compared all others to. I said Yes! to the dress later on that week and the staff was still just as friendly and accommodating as my first appointment. They also gave me a good deal with alterations! read more

If you are looking for a lace wedding dress, Alegria's is the place to go. They had such a ginormous selection of beautiful dresses that only my budget helped me pick the perfect dress. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially GiGi. She made the entire process so much fun that by the end she felt like a lifelong friend. The alteration fee includes as many alterations as needed/wanted and it was always easy to make an appointment. I never had to wait, I was always kept up-to-date, and I was always welcomed by a smiling and sincere staff. Thank you Alegria's for making me such a happy and beautiful bride! This is a buyer beware! If you trust total strangers 5 star reviews Good Luck but, you've been warned. I took 5 girlfriends to this place when they got engaged and the experience was great. So great that when I got engaged I knew this is where I would go. My mom and I went on a Saturday morning with no one in the store. We found a dress, shoes, veil, put down a deposit and then my mother got sick and plans changed. I had purchased a sale dress that was a sample so When I called to cancel the order I was told no and no options given. I wasn't about to lose a hard earned deposit and said I would buy the shoes and veil and they wouldn't let me. They said no. Needless to say I picked up a crappy sale dress that was under the deposit amount and left without following in my friends experience. Shady is too good a word. I don't know who they dupe and who they come through for, but, I would try other places before settling on this one. Not the experience I had looked forward too for so long. Even though we didn't end up buying a dress at Alegria's I still wanted to take the time to write them a positive review because their customer service was EXCELLENT! Not only did they spare us the searching process but they also personally dress and undress you! I initially made an appointment with Alegria's in April and found a beautiful dress with the help of a very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive consultant name Kelly. I was ecstatic and went home to Jamaica happy with my choice. Then I started having second thoughts about my dress because I just couldn't see myself walking down the aisle in it. It just didn't seem like me. I went back to Alegria's with the hopes of exchanging but unfortunately they have a no-exchange policy. To make matters worse my dress had already been ordered and had arrived at the store. I spoke with Abraham and he said sorry no exchanges and suggested that I try on the dress. I tried it on and felt horrible. I didn't like it! I didn't feel any emotion but sadness in the dress and I started to cry! Abraham was so compassionate though, and seeing my distress, he sent me to have lunch to calm down and told me to come back after so they could work something out. They allowed me to exchange the dress and this time Kelly was even more attentive to what I described and what I wanted and I found a beautiful dress that had my name written all over it! I was so excited and relieved! I highly recommend this store! The owner is a compassionate and wonderful person whose mission is to make his brides happy. I went to other salons and tried on dresses and Kelly was by far the BEST consultant a bride could ask for. Thank you Alegria's! read more

From the moment i stepped into Alegria's and met my assigned consultant Kelly, my expectations were met above and beyond. this was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses, and though i had an idea of what i wanted, at first, i couldnt quite seem to find it. Kelly and the rest of the team were very helpful and supportive. They were very patient, showing me dress after dress, listening to my likes and dislikes. Eventually, Kelly brought me a dress she deemed perfect to my specifications. One, i must add, that i initially said no to! But She encouraged me to try it and guess what?! She was right! Even though i had now found a front runner, Kelly completely understood my need for wanting to shop around before i settled on a final choice. I visited several other bridal shops after that. While each experience was good, the one at Alegria's really stood out. Coupled with the fact that i could not get that one dress out of my mind, i headed back to Alegria's a few days later. I was pleased to see that they not only remembered me, but they also remembered the dress i loved. This made me feel like they actually care about the brides they meet with, and really paid attention to what their clients wanted. Kelly knew i would be back! She came over to assist me right away, whispering to me that she knew this dress was the one! It honestly was like i was shopping with a girlfriend... Not a bridal consultant i only met a few days prior. This really made me feel so comfortable and special. After i said yes to the dress, i had to get the dress better fitted to me. Usually, ive been told, it can sometimes take a few weeks for adjustments to be made. This could not work for me, as i am not from America, and was set to leave in just 5 short days. Again, Kelly and team went above and beyond. they assured me that my alterations could and would be done before my scheduled departure. My expectations were surpassed yet again... I got my perfectly adjusted dream dress in just 3 days!!! This overall experience - from start to finish- was far beyond what i ever expected. I mostly dealt with Kelly, but i can tell that all the girls who work there genuinely love their job. When a woman is about to make such a huge life changing decision - it is such a breath of fresh air to have genuinely interested people working with you, who will basically stop at nothing to get you your dream. I recommend Alegria's bridal to all ladies about to make this big step. Even if you don't find your dream dress there, its an amazing place to start your journey. Thank you so much Abraham, Kelly and team!!! Keep up the amazing work! You have definitely helped to make this entire experience one to remember forever. Xoxo - Sasha-Marie read more

Perhaps the shadiest & most classless store on Miracle Mile & out of it's league in comparison. To call them the flea market version of bridal stores really is an understatement. I knew I was in trouble when I saw that the frame & handle of the entrance door was filthy. Very outdated & cheap dresses with hasty, insincere (overheard them talking about clients), & incompetent service (kept pulling out designs I specifically said I didnt want & flinging the curtains wide open without knocking). Also, it was the only store that I've been in (out of 14) that I noticed dirty dresses (as in very large dark brown stains on bottom), cracked mirrors, and weird practices like not disclosing designer & banning all photography...? The fact that this place sells wedding dresses and is categorized as a bridal "boutique" is laughable to say the least! read more

Let me start off by saying When I went in to this store to try dresses for the first time the service was great!! Maria took wonderful care of me and was so patient with the amount of dresses I tried on. After I bought the dress, I never saw Maria again- this review has nothing to do with Her great attitude and customer service. Maybe half the things that went wrong, wouldn't have if she was involved. The customer service with the alterations was not great at all. The seamstress seemed stressed out and always in a rush. I went in for 4 different fittings to have the dress looking perfect for the big day. The reason why I'm giving them such a low rating is due to the following: There was a a clip on the inside of the back of the dress that held the entire dress in place and together. My dress had a very low back so without this clip, the dress would not hold together. That clip, during the fittings continued to break off. Every time the clip would break off, the seamstress would just sew it back on, thinking that I hadn't noticed. The last two fittings I went to, I stated my concern about how every time I tried on the dress and started walking, the clip would break off and my entire dress fell apart. The staff and the seamstress simply did not listen to me and guaranteed me it would not happen on the big day of my wedding. On the last and final fitting (days before the wedding), it happened again!!! I begged them to please do something about this. Supposedly, the seamstress put in a more sturdy clip and guaranteed me it wouldn't happen. Guess what happened everyone???- as soon as I sat in the car, on the way to the church.. The clip broke and my entire dress fell apart. My bridesmaids tried to do what they could to make it look descent but it just didn't look right. Not only did the clip break, but so did the bustle. So, I pretty much looked like a hot mess the entire night with a dress that was falling apart and dragging on the floor. The pictures I'm sure will not look great! I feel like all of this could have been prevented if they just took the time to listen to me and my concerns. At the very least, maybe even placed two or three more clips so it wouldn't completely fall apart. Instead, I was rushed off like it was no big deal. Hope this review can help someone from not having the same experience I did! read more

This is really hard for me because I have never given anyone a poor review even when they really deserved it, but I had such a bad experience that I feel other brides should be cautioned. I will be very fair however. Let me start with the good points. This shop has been around for many years. They have a wonderful selection of beautiful dresses. Their prices are very reasonable. The sales associates are very friendly. I purchased a mermaid Justin Alexander Signature gown that I truly fell in love with at an excellent price within my budget. Now comes the bad part. At the first dress fitting the dress fit loosely on the bust, a bit snug around the waist, and loosely around hips and thighs. The seamstress took measurements pinned fabric and I left. At the second fitting the dress would not close! And yet the bust was still a bit loose. My mom and I were in shock! We asked what had happened because I had clearly not gained weight and we didn't really get an answer other than don't worry we'll fix it. My mother and grandmother both have sewn for a living so my mom knew it had been taken in at the wrong place. The dress would not close by two inches. At the the third fitting nothing had been done. They pinned more fabric and told me to come back. I called the owner and told him in the nicest way possible what had happened and that I was really stressed about it. He said don't worry you are in good hands. By the fourth fitting a couple of days before my wedding they let out all the dress, cut off the internal corset strap that holds you in place, and took the dress in the back and began to sew it back Up again. I had to point out to the seamstress areas where the dress was bunching up and not laying flat. And we actually had to request to have the corset strap sewn back in. And it was a good thing that we did because otherwise it would have been a total disaster. At this point at least the dress closed and I was scared to tell them that it still wasn't right at the bust because the lace had been chopped up and re-sewn a couple of times already. The dress never really fit properly. They never offer end to reimburse me for the alterations fee. I am not one to haggle so I didn't pursue it. They never apologized or even explained what had happened. On the day of the wedding the dress was very lose around the bust and you can tell fabric is bunching up in certain areas. Good luck to you other brides! read more

First of all, I read on Yelp that this place doesn't allow photos, but I didn't realize until I got there what an annoying rule that was. If you find a dress you like, you can't take a picture to help you remember it later from among the dozens of dresses you've tried on (especially if you're spending all day trying on wedding dresses on Miracle Mile, as I was). I'm not going to buy a thousand-dollar dress on the spot without thinking it over first! Plus, if the rule was intended to prevent people from photographing their dresses to have them copied, it didn't even make sense, because some of the dresses I wanted to photograph were ones I recognized from photographs I had already seen online. But even when I said I had seen them online, the staff refused to confirm that the dress I was wearing was actually the same one that I had been looking at online. What? An even bigger problem was that the staff here was incredibly pushy. They kept trying to get me to tell them which dress I liked best, and when I picked my favorite one from this store (which was NOT my favorite of the dresses I'd tried on that day), the woman who was helping me kept saying, "So is that a yes to the dress?" She asked me this multiple times in the space of five minutes, even though I was not acting terribly excited about the dress. And the rest of the staff also kept acting like I was obviously going to buy something. I ended up feeling like they were more interested in getting my money than in helping me find something I loved - which made me much LESS interested in giving them my money. A couple of pluses: they have a decent selection of gowns, and they're much better about helping you get into them than the other places I went to. My fitting room attendant laid the dress down on the floor for me so it was easy to step into, whereas most of the other places I tried just gave me this giant dress and let me fend for myself with stepping into it. They also had a cute little robe with "Bride" on the back for me to wear between dresses, so I didn't have to hang around the fitting room in my underwear for half an hour. Unfortunately, these little touches weren't enough to redeem the place as far as I'm concerned. I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

My mom and I decided to just walk down Miracle Mile to look at wedding dresses just to see what I really wanted. The first few stores insisted that I need an appointment to look at dresses, yes look, which was confusing because most of those places were empty. You would think that they would WANT someone looking at their merchandise and possibly purchasing it. Guess not. I walked into Alegria's Brides and the place seemed pretty busy. Although discouraged, I asked if I would be able to try on a dress. The woman behind the counter (Raquel), said "Absolutely", and immediately started pulling a ton of dresses for me to try on. Raquel was absolutely amazing. She helped me try on dresses that I thought I wanted, and then asked if I would mind trying on a dress she thought would be perfect. I agreed, and it was. Unfortunately it was out of my price range. Shortly after, she came into the dressing room with another dress that was a similar style. That was the dress that I wore the day of my wedding and I am so glad that it found me. The entire experience was lovely. I highly recommend it. read more

Kelly expects you to buy a dress without disclosing who the designer is-- expecting customers to drop thousands without telling you CRUCIAL details to a dress is a bit shady to me... read more

Horrible costumer service, they have no idea how to treat a bride. I went there to buy a pair of shoes i liked because they were bridal sneakers, and tried them on. i kept asking the lady if they had any other models and she looked at me and said NO like i was stupid. i kept asking because i thought i had seen another model at the window, since she assured me there was not and ever going to be another model i purchased that pair of shoes. When i got home and tried the shoes again my fiance told me he thought the shoes were too tall, and they were, the shoes did not mach the sandals i wanted to wear so i decided to go back to the store and see if i could return them. i was greeted by the same guy at the register who was very happy last week when i bought the shoes but was not at all happy when i decided to returned them, they simply said NO and told me that it was stated on the receipt, when i read the receipt it only referred to dresses and not shoes since the shoes were not worn/tailored/or costumed i really did not understand what the problem was on returning them so i asked them if i could exchange them and he looked at me like i was requesting a major thing and then pointed to a sales representative who was right behind the counter to help me exchange the shoes for something of the same price. well the lady just looked at me, grossed out, walked to the shoes area (which only has like 1 pretty shoe and is the one i already purchased) and stood there! she didn't even told me like this is the things you can exchange for, i had to ask her what where the prices and what could i do? she told me "just the shoes" so by that moment i just took my things and walk out. this is not my first bridal store so i know bridal stores have their own policy but not even in a Bridal Couture House they have this ridiculous policies like no pictures, a very bad distributed store, and even a worst costumer service. to top it all of right when i was exiting the store i saw that they do in fact carry more models of the bridal sneakers and the lady who sold them to me assured me and even made me feel uncomfortable about asking for other models. i would not recommend this store to anyone looking for bridal things, go to another store on miracle mile which is filled with gorgeous, big, and comfortable stores who will be very happy to assist you in all your bridal things. read more

I had the best experience at Alegria's bridal. I had gone to another store before and was not wowed by any of the dresses. As soon as I walked into Alegria's that I told Kelly exactly what I wanted, she pulled the first dress and it was love at first sight. From the customer service, to the quality of the dresses to the alterations staff....amazing! Also I must add they sell these amazing bridal platform tennis shoes...ladies it's a must! I was dancing the entire night away without any discomfort in my feet. Overall I would recommend this store to anyone looking for that show stopping dress! Thank you Kelly and team! Eternally grateful, Maria Ellie Morales. read more

The WORSE bridal experience ever! I'm going to start with the worse first, the women are extremely rude and pushy. When I tried on the first dress, my sister was about to took of photo and the sales associate so very rudely snapped at her not to take any photos. She and another associate stood by, in the opening to the room to monitor my family and I offering no privacy. When I finally asked for a moment alone with my mom to privately discuss the current dress she reluctantly stepped out, however before leaving she poked her head back in to remind us NO PHOTOS. She continued to stand directly in front of my curtain to keep an open ear. I'm not sure if they realize that aside from the fact that there is nothing one-of-a-kind there, I could easily find these dresses online ! One of the sales associates was overhead saying to "keep an eye on use because we could be taking pictures." There was no privacy, no opportunity to discuss with my family. The associates were too busy standing guard for what? I'm still not sure. By far the worse shopping experience I could have ever imagined. read more

Where do I start ... By far not the experience I was expecting when picking out my wedding dress! To sum it up I said yes to a dress I really fell in love with was within my budget so I was happy picked out a veil garter and was ready to pay. I asked if I can put a down payment since it was so early they said no it had to be paid in full. Kelly said that ... Then I noticed on the receipt it says that I could pay in installments but I left it like that. The next day somehow I notice a good friend of my finance had wore the same dress bought at the same location and I freaked out. Called the store asked for Kelly and told her what happened and that I did not want to wear the dress if there was something they could do. She tried convincing me to keep the dress that the owner will not return my money but that she would talk with him to see if they would let me pick another dress. It was the next day they hadn't even ordered the dress!!! So I get a call from kelly telling me he would exchange for another I went back twice and no luck. I was stuck to that store with nothing else that I could do but to find a dress THERE! I finally found a dress I liked not loved and was way less expensive then the one I had picked so they sold me a $499 veil I took it what else can I do. Then I didn't like the veil was not my choice so I asked them to change it... Every time I wanted to change something they had a neg comment about it. At the end I had a credit of about 100 you would think they would give it back but they didn't. They did not make me feel appreciated as a client and I want I would not recommend this store at all! read more
