An adorable accessory and jewelry store in the heart of Disney Springs. They have a mix of brands including Pandora, Alex and Ani, Citizens, Donney and Burke and more. It's a boutique with items displayed in cases throughout as well as some ears and purses on shelves. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, they checked in on us to ensure we were finding everything okay but didn't hover or make us feel awkward. The item prices are on par with what you'd see in the standard brand stores. Obviously, most items are Disney themed or have Disney characters on them. Very nice store! Lots of jewelry, handbags, and other Disney items to choose from. Well organized, very clean store. Knowledgeable l, friendly employees to help you with your needs and wants and to answer any questions you may have. Every single time I come in here, I am so disappointed by the staff. I went in there the other day looking for some earrings that had been out of stock for a long time, I was able to find them, but I will actually be returning them because I found them from trendy and the staff was much friendlier there. I asked if they had the Bauble bar earrings and they looked irritated that they had to show me. There was no one else in the store which was rare because that store is very small and it's always pretty crowded. They have beautiful things and a great selection of purses and Alex and Ani bracelets. They always miss the mark when I come in here, I probably won't even go in anymore. read more

This is an interesting place. Anytime I'm in Disney Springs I stop in to look around, and it's where I've picked up some CZ Mickey earrings for my Disney visits. It's a small space, so it can be crowded and difficult to shop around. However, I think it's a good location if you're looking to spend a little more on a Disney themed purse or piece of jewelry. To define "a little more" a bit you can get CZ Mickey eat shaped earrings for $90 versus the $25 kind that eventually wear out, crumble, fall apart. There's also a small selection of Disney-themed Alex and Ani bracelets, which is wear I was able to get the Cinderella Castle bracelet when the actual Alex and Ani Store was out of stock. My husband and I went to Ever After Jewelry to look at watches. Coleen came to us to ask if we wanted to see any of the watches. She showed us a few of them as she was telling us about them and what was special about them. Let me tell you that she is very good at what she does. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and cordial. We left that day with no purchase. We told her we had to think about what we wanted but that we would be back. She said no worries whenever you're ready. Since the remodel of World of Disney they have opened a variety of specialty stores to carry things no longer carried at WoD. This is shop carries the Pandora line of charms and bracelets to jnclude many of the park exclusives. Additionally, it carries the Disney Dooney and Burke purses. After looking through WoD for the charms and purses we found an employee to ask where they were. So off we go on another adventure through Disney Springs to find the store. Relatively easy to locate just 8-10 shops down. In we go, prepared to spend some money on both. We weren't disappointed. This was the treasure trove we were looking for. It's difficult to get the exclusives in Albuquerque. Having seen the wife make these purchases before I was able to avoid sticker shock. All the goodies we were looking for were easily located and we were soon checked out and on our way. This pace gets 5 stars for the bright uncluttered look and cheerful employees. I wanted to really enjoy my experience but I definitely didn't. I came here twice, and I was looking for a very specific CrisLu piece and it was in this store. The first time I came, there were only 2 people in the store and a decent amount of workers and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. The second time I came In, the store was flooded with employees and not a single person came up to me ( I was the ONLY customer in the store) no one even made eye contact with me. I wasn't asked if I needed anything, or if they can help. I really wished there was another store to purchase the necklace I got, because that was an awful experience both times. read more

Now we know why "Happily" is not part of their name. With a 30 day return policy we showed up on day 39 to return a defective Pandora bracelet that didn't clasp shut. After losing at least 2 expensive charms, figured a quick replacement would be easy. Not so. No flexibility at all. Not like we are at Disney Springs all the time as we just happened to be in the area a second time. Buy the real thing at a real Pandora- not the expensive second rate stuff at Ever After. read more

Julie is a life saver!!... from the moment she approached me, she was phenomenal. I had been searching for a pair of rose gold minnie ears for days. I walked into Ever After to browse the selection, out of curiosity I asked if they had the ear to the set that was in display. She kindly told me they weren't available, but that she would check the back to confirm. At this moment my fingers, toes and spirit were crossed for good news. First words out of her mouth were, "Will you be flying or driving out today?"."I'm driving out today." "I checked our system and I was able to possibly find one but allow me time to confirm". She asked me for my contact information, so I could continue shopping for my loved ones in other stores. Within 10 minutes I recieved a very professional phone call from her informing me that she had requested a hold in the ears I had been searching for, for so long. She provided me with the address and the name of the hotel. When I arrived to pick them up, they greeted me with such a big smile. I never write reviews, but Julie at this store is a huge thank you to us, the customer and the humans who get an opportunity to cross paths with her kind soul. Thank you so much. I purchase a bag from here each time we visit which is approximately twice a year. I have always had great service. When I went in this time to purchase my bag I had a very disheartening experience. I did not realized the time but quickly learned it was close to closing. One of the employees welcomed me and I began walking towards the bag I knew I wanted to purchase. A different employee loudly cleared her throat and rubbed the side of her nose with her middle finger while glaring at another employee who then did the same. I checked my watch and realized they probably closed in 10 minutes and did not want to deal with a lookyloo. I picked up the bag and walked to the counter to a pleasant woman who checked me out. I left feeling so disappointed that employees would treat guests that way (and assume they do not know what that means....please, I worked in retail for 8 years.) I will not return to this shop. I dont imagine Natalie & Nicole will have a job there for long if they keep acting like this. I tried to contact a manager after I arrived home but it is near impossible to find contact info for this place so I am leaving this here. read more
