Every appointment is consistently great and she talks with me about where my problem areas are so she can determine the best course of action for that appointment. As someone who works on a computer all day for her job, my trouble areas tend to be my upper back and neck. I've also recently developed some sciatic nerve issues and Jenn is thoughtful and thorough in helping to address those problems, as well. Jenn has also instructed me on stretching exercises to help with my problem areas, and I can't say I'm always consistent in doing them, but when I do, they help a lot! I felt comfortable and safe on the table, as well. Due to extenuating circumstances, we had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times, but she seemed intentional to be very professional in her correspondence. Cons: I did note a hamstring injury and shoulder pain, but she didn't seem to focus much on those areas (rather, she massaged both sides of my body equally), to my dismay--next time, I'll be more vocal (yet polite) about it. It was also a bit tricky to get a hold of her at times, but don't give up! Next time I'm in the area and looking to get another massage, I'd strongly consider going back to Nicole. :)
