I have not received any response from the owner regarding the refund of my deposit or even so much as an apology. My son, meanwhile, is extremely disappointed that he wasn't able to have his inflatable.

Bohemian, enchanted safari was the theme. Krystal and her team were professional and meticulous with setup and take down after the shower. It was for my father's funeral, and I only gave Durami a little over a day's notice. I don't know for sure, but this seems to be a family-run business. Whether or not that's true, everyone with whom I dealt was consistently professional, clear about requirements and expectations, and compassionate about the circumstances. Their website platform for payment and invoicing made the transactions easy. The guests at Dad's funeral even asked me to review Durami and give them the highest rating. The chairs and tables were delivered on time (even though the church's address is vague....basically a crossroads in the countryside). The chairs and tables themselves looked lovely...a cut above normal folding chairs and tables. And when asked, Durami's staff returned early to pick up the items so guests didn't have to wait around in the heat. Please, patronize this company. They will exceed your expectations. They exceeded my expectations and made a difficult day so much easier on me and my friends and family.
