By the time they did arrive, the party was more than half way over so we sent them away. There just wasn't any point in having them set it up since the kids would've been able to jump for maybe 30 minutes and then it would have been time to break everything down. I have not received any response from the owner regarding the refund of my deposit or even so much as an apology. My son, meanwhile, is extremely disappointed that he wasn't able to have his inflatable.

Myself and another close friend were the decor/design coordinators for the baby shower. We both live in different states. For this reason there was some reservations and nervousness regarding execution and over all design scheme prior to me flying in for the shower. Krystal constantly communicated edits and updates. ALL of my worries immediately disappeared after arriving to the venue and we began working on the decor. The final look far supassed my expectations. Absolutely beautiful. Bohemian, enchanted safari was the theme. Krystal and her team were professional and meticulous with setup and take down after the shower. The shower was beautiful and the reveal to my dear friend and her husband was priceless. My friend stated that she could not have asked for anything more. I would HIGHLY recommend Krystal and team if you are in the Houston area. Thanks again Krystal and team for an exceptional execution.

It's at the end of a road with ample parking. The guest house was comfortable for 20 adults and 6 kids(the kids slept in sleeping bags). It was very clean and everyone thought the beds were very comfortable. This is perfect for a large group. It has a big open field for activities. We enjoyed the pool and did some fishing in the pond, we actually caught a few. It was very relaxing. I would definitely rent it again! The host were very easy to communicate with. We went here a few months ago to celebrate my boys' birthday and this place was so neat! I didn't…read moreknow what to expect because I've never heard of this place. However, we were gifted a Groupon so that's how we knew about OUAC. When we went it was a cloudy and rainy day so it wasn't crowded at all, which was nice. The place was unique because it had many different stations and activities for your kids to play. It's like a huge Montessori playground. My boys loved the train ride and riding on the dinosaurs the most. I like that the place includes both indoor and outdoor stations. The place seems rather small compared to an amusement park like Six Flags, but it's just enough. Kids can easily spend 30 minutes - 1 hour in just one location so I really like how they can enjoy their time and casually play without parents feeling overwhelmed to get everything done to maximize the amount of money spent. We didn't host a birthday party here, but there were other parties booked. I don't know how much it costs, but let me say that the decorations were beautiful! I'm not sure if it was included or if the parents decorated themselves, but if you wanted to go all out for your child, you certainly can. The staff were also ALL super sweet and friendly! The place plans for everything, like rain. They had numerous umbrellas for patrons to use within the grounds. When it started to rain, all the staff were asking if we needed umbrellas, and one even was willing to run in the rain to get us one! Seriously, I've never seen such hospitality in an establishment from everyone! I also would recommend going here on a weekend because according to their website, more stations and activities are open during that time. Even if it's more crowded, I think it is worth it. If you want to do something different for your child, then I would recommend this place!

It was for my father's funeral, and I only gave Durami a little over a day's notice. I don't know for sure, but this seems to be a family-run business. Whether or not that's true, everyone with whom I dealt was consistently professional, clear about requirements and expectations, and compassionate about the circumstances. Their website platform for payment and invoicing made the transactions easy. The guests at Dad's funeral even asked me to review Durami and give them the highest rating. The chairs and tables were delivered on time (even though the church's address is vague....basically a crossroads in the countryside). The chairs and tables themselves looked lovely...a cut above normal folding chairs and tables. And when asked, Durami's staff returned early to pick up the items so guests didn't have to wait around in the heat. Please, patronize this company. They will exceed your expectations.
