After an initial FaceTime call, Katie followed up with a personalized timeline of the day, making sure every small event was accounted for, before I even signed a contract! On the day of, Max hung out with the boys and Katie hung out with the girls to take behind the scenes shots before our first look and bridal party photos. Me and my husband agreed, they got along great with our bridal party and were able to blend right in. There was no odd feeling of someone photographing you. My husband and I can both be somewhat awkward people in front of a camera but Katie and Max made us feel very comfortable during our formal pictures. During our initial call, Katie asked if we were a "dancey" group of people. We certainly are, and both Katie and Max were not afraid to get right in the middle of the dance floor to get some awesome snaps. We had guests coming up to us all night complimenting both how nice and how attentive they were! They mixed in great with the crowd to the point they felt like guests. And I guess more important than the fact we thought Katie and Max were super fun people, the photos are FANTASTIC!! Us/friends/family are thrilled with the variety and look of their selection--a great mix of candids, posed photos, and scenic shots of the venue/landscape. It gives us a 360 view of the day, which is exactly what you hope for. Turn around time was also insanely fast. I've heard from many friends they waited months for their photos-- Katie had ours ready in two weeks! There are so many things that are stressful enough in the days leading up to the wedding and the morning of. Surround yourself with people/vendors who put you at ease. Both Katie and Max were lovely and never gave us a reason to doubt that the finished product would be great. Book them!

We reserved the 56 passenger bus for our wedding. The day before our wedding at 10:25 am they let…read moreus know that was no longer an option (apparently due to their driver having Covid) and offered two 14- passengers busses instead. This clearly made us worried about the logistics as the new 28 persons volume was only half the original 56 persons capacity. Sure enough, the second bus arrived 12 minutes late to the ceremony start time at 5:00pm forcing us to push back the ceremony. In the subsequent correspondence with management, they refused to acknowledge this delay and instead told us they were only 1 minute late (arriving at 5:01 pm). However, I had time stamped photos of me waiting with my bridesmaids from later (5:05-5:10 pm) as evidence that in fact, no, they were not there by 5:01 pm as they falsely claimed. Moreover, management refused any means of reconciliatory compensation for the lower volume vehicle transport and the tardiness to the ceremony. Overall very unprofessional and would not recommended this business.

They were professional in the setup and service throughout the night and had drinks flowing quickly for our guests. We purchased the alcohol ourselves for the event and Kevin did a great job in understanding our drink preferences and providing a shopping list for drinks, mixers, garnishes and ice for the event (we had 140+ people). The bartenders also were judicious about not opening bottles of alcohol throughout the night that were not needed, making returning unopened alcohol and wine the next day easy to save us money on our drink budget. We had an overall great experience with the bartenders and would recommend them for your next event.

We hired PR bartending at recommendation of our venue and reading positive reviews for a wedding in October of 2023. Interacted directly with Kevin in the wedding planning phase who was pleasant and helpful. Kevin allowed us to modify services offered, determine what would align with our projected budget, promptly provided us updated quotes, and provided a purchase order. Overall very easy to work with in planning phase. There was one small pre-wedding issue in which PR Bartending changed addresses and did not notify us, resulting in our final check payment to be delivered to the prior address. We only learned of the address change when Kevin reached out regarding the missing payment, but he did NOT charge us a late fee. On the day of the wedding, all bar related items were organized/set up as per our contract and discussions. During our cocktail hour our guests notified me that bartending was not serving draft beer. Our day of coordinator was not notified of this problem (as if standard for vendors). Our contract with PR bartending did specifically state that WE were responsible for ensuring the setup and proper function of the kegerator. I identified myself to Kevin and attempted to work to identify the problem. Kevin, seemingly frustrated did not provide a clear answer as to if the kegerator was working properly and what the specific problem was as to why beer was not being served. I assigned two individuals familiar with kegs/draft lines/carbonation systems to troubleshoot the issue, they were able to remedy the problem (CO2 regulator needed adjustment) but it took them considerable time as Kevin was reluctant to physically move and let the in the space near the kegerator. While this was during a busy point in cocktail hour and the space was small, clear communication and a degree of flexibility from PR Bartending would have allowed quicker resolution. Later on that evening approximately 1 hour prior to the pre-determined conclusion of bartending service I went up the bar to obtain a drink for myself and my bride. Kevin recognized me and before I could ask for a drink immediately stated "I'm x amount short" and asked how I was going to pay the remainder of the balance of the tip jar (as per contract). I left the bar area to find my checkbook to write the remaining balance but was intercepted by several guests. When I returned, 30 minutes later a family member informed me that he covered the remaining balance as a wedding gift as the bartending was asking for the bride or groom to rectify the balance on the tip jar. Other than the terse interactions, our guests reported good service and well-made drinks. I was pleased to hear that our guests had better interactions than we did however, I would expect more cordial interactions from a wedding vendor with the bride and/or groom.
