I am a super type-A person who already knew what I wanted for floral and decor coming into the working relationship and they not only brought it to life but Cindee was so helpful in offering guidance and building on the ideas I already had. She also worked with me to help me get as much out of my budget as possible which is so appreciated and rare in the wedding industry. Linda was our day-of coordinator and she was worth every penny and so much more. I was relaxed on my wedding day because I knew that all details and timeline would be handled by her capable hands. Cindee is flexible and worked to help us find creative solutions and tweaks to decorations to match our budget as well. She is incredibly responsive via text and email, and very experienced in all decoration logistics. Beyond that, she is a kind and warm human being whom we genuinely enjoyed working with. 10/10 would hire again. We felt so lucky to have her. Claudia said that she will be going over the information about what we wanted for our wedding and will be emailing or calling us for a quote/price. As of today August 21, 2018 we still haven't received any email or phone call from her. Very unprofessional and a total waste of our time meeting with her back in June.

I have enclosed the quote that you provided me indicating the $420.00 I paid Joe in cash on Friday night included set up, delivery and pick up. As I indicated in the phone conversation we had Saturday morning, the floor was left for us to set up, and remove all the trip hazards Joe left. I am also enclosing the text messages between Joe and myself in regard to the delivery time being changed multiple times and he never made one on the times he indicated. He showed up at 8:30 pm and did not leave my house Friday night until 10pm! Unacceptable. He also indicated he had another event that is why he was so late. However he did not mention this at any time except when he finally showed up and I was a little irritated, as I watched him try and back into my driveway inches away from my car. I had to stop him and ask him to pull out so I could move my car so he didn't hit it. There was no indication that he expected payment upon delivery, again his attitude sucks! Very Rude. He followed me to the bank and I paid him in full Friday night.When Joe called me in regard to the floor.....he called me back YELLING at me. Excuse me? He indicated first that because of the gravel on the ground the floor wasn't level, I tried to discuss it with him like a (sober) adult, he continually cut me off and then said I didn't pay for set up??????? Just FYI Joe should really think about not doing business while under the influence. Pretty bad for business. I am so disappointed in his service and attitude. I DID pay for set up! Per the attached invoice. My husband and my boys had to set up the dance floor and the tables and chairs. I do not expect to hear from you or Joe. I will be putting my concerns on Yelp. I re-read all of the reviews for this place after our event and really don't understand why there…read moreisn't more objective, honest feedback posted. We held a corporate event at this space due to our typical hotel ballroom being unavailable. This venue was an overall fail for us. 1. Setting - It was a bit dated and run down. The fixtures are gaudy, but in cheesy way. Quilted vinyl on the walls, gold-plated silverware, and a rusted carriage outside. 2. Service - The staff was fairly intrusive and unprofessional. The busgirl started wheeling around a creaky cart with plastic gray bus tubs in the middle of our dinner. After we asked the event manager to have her quit that, she came back out without the cart but with the same dingy gray plastic tubs. She also tried to take our speakers' plates while they were at the podium. The staff needs some training on proper service standards. 3. Food - The food was mixed. Multiple attendees commented that the food was sub-par. The cheese and app course looked great. The mains were less successful. Mushy short ribs and salmon that looked like they threw it in the chafing dish just didn't meet expectations. The vegetables left a lot to be desired - they were ok, but underwhelming. I would also note that there was no ice out for the water or iced tea. 4. Cleanliness - big L on this front. One of the stalls in the men's room had an unprofessional hand-written out of order sign on it. Guys - just hire a plumber. We also experienced a leak from the celling that left a gross brown liquid on one of our place settings. This is unacceptable for a corporate event, even more so for a wedding. So overall, the staff was pleasant to work with and nice enough. That said, I just can't imagine taking the risk of scheduling a large important event at this venue.
