I do truly believe it was a beautiful end product, but definitely some issues along the way…read more 1. We ordered both our save the dates and our invites from there. We receive our invites and all is well, but after later comparing to the save the dates, the fonts are different shades of green. I was looking to keep things uniform and definitely a little disappointed. The save the date is a lot darker than the invite. 2. None of the items stayed closed in the mail. They gave us glue for the save the dates, which didn't hold and many arrived open. Our invites came with stickers that you peeled, and those didn't stay closed either. I made a comment after the save the dates and was told not to worry about it for the invites, but it happened again. Not sure if the card stock of the envelopes was too heavy or what. 3. The amount of typos on our proof was insane. I had to kick it back so many times. Celebration and celebratory were missing the letter R. There were words without spaces between them. The names of towns (in NJ) were spelled wrong. I'm not saying people don't make mistakes, but with the amount the invites cost, I shouldn't be having to comb through every single word to make sure common wedding words like celebration are spelled correctly. I will not take away from LBDP producing a beautiful end product and from being easy to work with, I just don't think it was worth it and we went in another direction for our day off signage.

On the day-of, everything went incredibly smoothly thanks to her impeccable guidance, positivity, and organization. All the other team members we worked with, from the maitre d' to the barstaff and waiters, were all incredibly friendly and efficient - constantly making sure guests were happy with a drink (or food) in hand. Despite COVID-19, the BRCC helped us celebrate a beautiful and safe wedding ceremony and reception. They went above and beyond to make the day special despite COVID-19 restrictions (i.e. serving plates of appetizers to each table instead of passing them around, offering a post-dessert "food-truck-esque" food item to take to-go, and so much more). On top of the incredible customer service and experience, the BRCC is gorgeous venue. We had a perfect fall day, and the areas around the BRCC were stunning for our wedding photos. We wasted thousands of dollars hiring Stacy. At first she was attentive towards my daughter, but as time went by she lost interest. The one time we really needed help with her dress, and she didn't return my call. In fact as the MOB she never acknowledged me the day of the wedding except when I asked to move the cards to a safer spot at reception in which she gave me an attitude. Don't expect her to be at the venue the morning of when the bride shows up or stay until the end. She shows up later to take a picture of rings etc with some fake flowers. ( not my daughters). Also, don't bother using the paper company next door. Little black dress. Hugh rip off. I sat at a table next to the owner, who never looked at me never mind acknowledge the person filling her bank account. Bottom line my daughter could have done all the planning herself. The party was catered by others, so their sole function was to bartend and clean up empty glasses and plates as needed. After numerous phone calls with Glenn, the owner to confirm, we were surprised when his two staff showed up and informed us that neither had ever bartended and had no idea how to bartend. Not only had they never bartended, but one of the two was under 21 and informed us that he was unsure whether he was allowed to serve liquor. We made the most of it and they simply poured wine and handed out beer, rather than make cocktails as we had planned. At the end of the party we were VERY disappointed to discover that they left all of the serving items unwashed, and then we had to spend hours putting away the liquor, beer, wine, and mixers, and cleaning up the discarded glasses and items left around the house. The owner did not return our call for weeks, and when he finally did he told us that the servers told him they did a good job, and he would not listen to our complaints. Even though he wasn't present at the party he proceeded to tell us that the servers stood behind the bar making drinks for the entire party, and put the blame on us for allowing them to leave if they had not cleaned up- saying we should have paid them additional money to stay longer to clean. His only solution was to say we don't have to hire his staff in the future. Deal!
