This newly remodeled venue has great air conditioning, which was important during one of Chicago's hottest summer days. The staff was friendly and professional. Tony, the owner of the venue, was always making sure everything ran smoothly and took great care of us. My mother was pleased with his humbleness and customer service. The venue has free parking that is easily accessible. I also hired a sound technician for the live bands. We were able to fit a band of 15 members at a time. The sound technician did an amazing job and the live music kept everyone on the dance floor. This is the perfect venue to celebrate with a 100 guests.

The string quartet were very talented musicians that played about 15 Beatles songs in a little over an hour. There was no intermission and no food or drink options. Parking can be a challenge in the area as it is mainly street parking. There are 6 different locations thru out the Chicagoland area for this unique one of a kind concert played by flickering candlelight.

After the parachute activities, the kids were led to the bathroom to wash their hands and then back to the party room to have some pizza and juice. After they ate the kids were allowed to play a little bit more in the play land. Finally Jean called them out and had them grab their shoes and head back to the table for cake and ice cream. The cake was beautiful and enough for 20 kids. They even had 5 candles for the cake. When the party was over Jean gave the kids a goodie bag and a balloon as they were leaving! She was amazing. The most stress free party in the history of birthday parties. Worth every penny!

Front office is very helpful and there is always someone on staff to assist with anything needed. Event rooms have full kitchens which is great. Tables are provided - another huge plus. Also when you party is over you aren't rushed and kicked out! There is parking in their lot or on the streets. It's also located in a safe area. A $5 service fee on a TAKEOUT order is excessive to me. I'm picking up my own food no table service, no server, no dining experience, so I'm not sure what exactly the $5 service fee is covering. I intentionally try to support Black-owned businesses and businesses in our community, but I also expect transparency and fair pricing. It's frustrating when the very customers who want to support an establishment feel like they're being nickel-and-dimed with additional fees.
