When I met with Nichole, I let her know that I wanted the photo shoot to be fun for the whole family, I wanted to have some "just fun" poses to choose from and I had some format needs. Additionally, we were going to need to accommodate a toddler and a 5 year old on the spectrum. Nichole and Derron were amazing working with the kids at the photoshoot and were able to capture lots of personality shots. The follow up visits were personalized so that we could choose the best and adjust shots that we liked but needed to be tweaked. We really appreciated the suggestions they made to address some of our issues ... since no one is ever really thrilled with shots of themselves... We would definitely use them again!

They were a great surprise for my 75 year old father and 100 year old uncle! It was nice to share the memory with them and had us talking about "the old days" and reminiscing - it was perfect. Service was quick and the reprints were excellent - possibly better than the original from 1980. Thanks for making a new memory from the sharing of an old one!

Pricing is fair and it's nice to support a locally-owned business. In the past, I have mailed my photos to a service out of state. Rich arrived early, set up quickly, and gave every one of my guests however many photo strips they wanted. I have never seen more crisp and clear photos in a photo strip before. One-Star Review: Extremely Dissatisfied with Service…read more I am beyond disappointed with my experience with this photographer. After completing a photo shoot, I had to repeatedly reach out just to receive what was promised.--no deadlines were met, and communication was almost nonexistent. Even after finally getting some of the photos, I'm still waiting, two weeks later, for any updates on the second set. Every time I've reached out, it's been one excuse after another--family emergencies, life issues, etc. I understand life happens, but the lack of professionalism and respect for my time is unacceptable. I will not be using this photographer again, and I do not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliability and quality.
