I don't feel she is a business person at all. Yeah she rents stuff but we ordered stuff and at the last minute she would tell us we didn't order this or that. We would show her an invoice and she would automatically say oh there is a new invoice that reflect the new cost. We actually never got a complete invoice for credits etc. But Lisa got her money up front. She promises stuff she has no idea how to do it nor does she actually own the items she claims she has to rent to you. We caught her in numerous lies. We were just happy to see her go and will most definitely not recommend her and her family to anyone. Also Lisa there is no need to write a rebuttal because we all know it will be filled with lies The only reason you got one star is because you can't leave a review without one otherwise it would of been none. She is a real piece of work the wedding was six months ago and I was clear that no rebuttal would be necessary. Don't talk about my character worry about yours and your reputation ( I have a right to let others know that your service was horrible) Get over it !

They don't even understand the stress they caused Saturday morning for us not knowing if we would have a tent or what it looked like. When i placed my order he didn't actually place it which caused me not to get the chairs i needed for my WEDDING!! Thankfully because i initially emailed both Rogers and Fayetteville locations, i went with the lady who had excellent guest service, which i appreciate BTW because i have been in customer service for 20 years. It was vital for me to count on this place because i was blindly planning a destination wedding in Eureka Springs. So after i ditched the Fayetteville locale and went with the Rogers location it was much better. I greatly DISLIKE rude sales people- nothing sucks worse!!!!!!!!!
