Of all the different rental companies in the area, this one is by far the best and easiest to work with. First off, there is an actual warehouse/show room where you can kind of shop around and pick out what you may want. I prefer this because some others want you to choose based on photos online and those can be a bit misleading or hard to imagine. Second, she allowed us to pick up, set up, and return things ourselves. I LOVED THIS because I didn't have to coordinate with another group of people on my wedding day. We also didn't have to pay any extra fees for set up or delivery. 10/10 I would recommend & would use again if I have an event--perhaps a baby shower? :) Her inventory is growing all the time and she is willing to help find something specific for you if she doesn't already have it.

I don't feel she is a business person at all. Yeah she rents stuff but we ordered stuff and at the last minute she would tell us we didn't order this or that. We would show her an invoice and she would automatically say oh there is a new invoice that reflect the new cost. We actually never got a complete invoice for credits etc. But Lisa got her money up front. She promises stuff she has no idea how to do it nor does she actually own the items she claims she has to rent to you. We caught her in numerous lies. We were just happy to see her go and will most definitely not recommend her and her family to anyone. Also Lisa there is no need to write a rebuttal because we all know it will be filled with lies The only reason you got one star is because you can't leave a review without one otherwise it would of been none. She is a real piece of work the wedding was six months ago and I was clear that no rebuttal would be necessary. Don't talk about my character worry about yours and your reputation ( I have a right to let others know that your service was horrible) Get over it !

Thankfully because i initially emailed both Rogers and Fayetteville locations, i went with the lady who had excellent guest service, which i appreciate BTW because i have been in customer service for 20 years. It was vital for me to count on this place because i was blindly planning a destination wedding in Eureka Springs. So after i ditched the Fayetteville locale and went with the Rogers location it was much better. I greatly DISLIKE rude sales people- nothing sucks worse!!!!!!!!!

They take your vision and turn it into something amazing! I was working on a strict budget for my wedding. My guests could not believe that I did not spend $20,000+ on my ceremony & reception. They set up the entire thing and it looked amazing. I can not say enough good things about working with them! I would recommend them to any bride! I contacted several event places in Conway, I chose them because they were warm, friendly, and flexible with my schedule. Their competitor only see's brides between 10-4 on Tuesdays. Well if your like me and work full time that just isn't an option. Pam was so accommodating, and worked around my work schedule. I will use them for any events in the future.
