We made several phone calls directly to company and was told they would research for a refund and get back to us. They never did I had to call again. Well they say no refund. So if you want something quick you better order 2 weeks before or you won't get it. Now I am stuck with $70 in balloons for a shower that is over. Had to purchase different ones. No one offered to help me. Staff walked by me three times, I'm assuming to "see what I was doing" on the back row of the store. Not a one asked if I needed help.
