We were given a recommend to Tri-State from our original lighting tech and we were thrilled. On very late notice and lots of special rules about the space, Sean, Jackson and Dean at Tri-State came through with a lighting design, a lighting hang and full programming in time for dress rehearsal. They were reliable, kept in communication with us, and on time for all the shows. He had set up the day before the event and I had to request him to leave the building at 7:00 pm as we were closing and he still was not set up, he was very rude and his comment was " sorry if I am interfering with your happy hour". What? who says that to a customer? This is after me and my team had been there since 7:00 am preparing for our event. The rudeness and lack of professional continued the day of the event, leaving electrical cords and ladders out which were trip hazards for our guests. He then asked for his check after taking down his equipment and I asked him to please remove all the nails he put in the walls for the cords for the camera, he again made a snotty comment and rolled his eyes. When he finished and I handed him his check, I took the opportunity to tell him how rude and unprofessional he was, his comment in return was "whatever"??? I would highly recommend you find someone else for audio visual services as you will be extremely disappointed!!!
