I've been here about four times and find the spa to be a peaceful and relaxing getaway. My favorite parts of the spa are the dry saunas: both the jjimjilbang and the dry sauna in the women-only area. The jade and stone rooms have a nice scent of cedarwood, and when I have visited during the weekday, they're usually completely empty. I like to cool off in the rest area, where they provide mats and pillows, where I lie down and read for a bit before going back into one of the heated rooms. The women's spa has the typical amenities: dry sauna, wet sauna, cold pool and hot tub. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy (loud conversations) when there are women who don't know the proper etiquette, but once they get called back for their body scrub service, it gets quiet and peaceful again. :) When I come in the mid-morning on a weekday, at most there are a few other people, but other times I've had the entire space to myself (happened today). I especially enjoy the cold pool after using either of the saunas or the hot tub. If you purchase spa admission in bulk, it adds up to $35 a session ($350 for 10 "day passes"), which is well worth it, in my opinion. Day admissions includes the provision of a spa uniform (a robe for women), a small towel and a large towel, use of the lockers and access to all amenities (jjimjilbang, women-only saunas + pools). They provide spa shoes for free (upon request). The shampoo/conditioner/soap provided in the showers is decent! I like using the stool + basin to take a seated shower. Overall, the locker room and spa area are kept pretty clean. In the women's locker room they just got a new water cooler. I usually spend about three hours here. General advice: Come prepared to pay in cash unless you are willing to pay a credit card surcharge. Drawbacks: I think there could be improvements to some of the facilities, but nothing is a "dealbreaker" to me. Both of the women's pools could use some interior resurfacing, the himalayan sea salt room (jjimjilbang) doesn't seem to get as hot as it should in order for there to be a therapeutic benefit, the provided towels could be replaced (they're getting a bit raggedy), some of the hair dryers in the locker room need replacing. I've gotten the spa package of a body scrub, massage, mini-facial and hair wash but to be honest, it wasn't my cup of tea (during the body scrub it felt like they exfoliated parts of my body I didn't even know existed!). I'm planning to try a facial one day and hear they are great. I definitely recommend coming here as a way to decompress and treat yourself to some relaxation. :)

I usually get the #5, and sitting in the sauna and hot tub afterward is sooo relaxing. But the #1 is definitely worth it too! One of my favorite little gems is that I also come here just to get my hair washed. Sometimes I don't want to go through the whole salon experience and sit bent back over a shampoo bowl -- I just want my scalp and hair thoroughly washed and to RELAX. I've been here enough times that it's genuinely become one of my go-to self-care spots.

She said she had the perfect place for me so she suggested I go to Kathryn Khadija Leverette at Clinically Clear. I'm so glad I did. That was the best decision I could of ever made. Especially being in the entertainment business. Our skin needs to be in tip top shape for the cameras. Over the years I have received the best treatments. What I like the most is that Clinically Clear really cares about your skin. They always have a solution to every problem. I haven't been to any other center but them. I've moved from state to state over the years and I'm still able to get my products shipped to me where ever I am. I Recently had a bad breakout of acne and dark spots that came out of nowhere. I called the center and talked to Lashunda and told her what was going on. Got some products that I needed and now a few weeks later the breakout has cleared up and the dark marks are almost gone. I asked them what kind of magic potion do you guys put in these products to instantly clear up my skin and make me look 20 years younger. Thank you for everything Kat and LaShunda @ Clinically Clear Skin Rehab Center. Yodi J. PS: I recommend this center if you have issues with dark spots, ingrown hairs and dryness of skin. To sum it up: Self-care time well worth its prices with many beauty treatments options…read more Checking in to Yuki's Beauty at least 38 times (thank you Yelp for keeping track of that lol) shows how long I've been coming here (since 2015). I've always battled acne and acne scars since middle school years (which is a long time ago lol) and there comes a time where you tell yourself no amount of skincare and makeup products will help your skin (just yet). Seeing an esthetician may sound expensive, but it is definitely worth it. Think of it as an investment for the sake of your skin, your happiness, your mental health. Yuki offers treatment options after assessing your skin, and each time you go, your skin may need different treatments. For example, when I saw Yuki 2 sessions ago, she noticed my skin got darker. It was true because I was taking more walks after lunch under the sun. She knew that I needed a brightening treatment that time. After going to Yuki's for 10 years, my skin has been clearer, brighter, with pores unclogged and ready for skincare products. I feel more confident and that is money well spent! Overall, she knows what she's doing and that's really what you want from an esthetician: the truth. Jenny and Yuki both work at that place and both of them know skincare. I've just been seeing Yuki for so long and she understands my skin. Each session usually starts with face cleansing, then a wonderful shoulder massage to relax you before your facial treatment begins. Should definitely call to schedule an appointment and if they're closed, leave a voicemail and they will call you back. Their store also has skincare and makeup products for purchase and there are tester bottles to try and smell. You will leave feeling relaxed and your skin will thank you. :)
